Convenient onsen, delicious foods, fantasic view from room

Very nice room with sea views. Centrally located near a shopping mall and many restaurants. Unfortunately, no western food options contrary to some other Hoshino resorts so this can be challenge for some and especially children. Otherwise a very nice and pleasant stay.

일본 느낌 물씬나는 다다미 스타일 숙소로 위생, 시설, 음식, 친절함, 프로그램 등 모든 면에서 완벽합니다. 식사도 벳푸 및 규슈지방 특산물로 구성해서 더욱 기억에 남습니다. 부모님과 함께 한 여행에서 두 분 모두 극찬하시네요. 무조건 묵어보세요!

地理位置很棒，環境很不錯，我們選擇的是四人房，清晨叫醒我們的不是morning call，而是五點的日出，不用出門就能看到日出，太棒了，溫泉也不錯，一泊兩食的餐點也不錯（就是分量有點少）附近有youme的shopping mall！下次會再入住！

An absolute perfect stay from the room itself to the astonishing service standards in the hotel as well as the meals we had in the hotel. It is hard to describe in words how good the experience had been. Would given it a 6 stars if possible.

Room is great as per photo and the meals were good especially the upgrade dinner. Staff services were great however this hotel is not value for money. Not for the price you pay. I think the hotel need to look into enhancing providing better coffee and tea, tea room should provide some snacks, room should have a basket for used Japanese clothes provided. The hair dryer is a bit 3 star hotel hair dryer. Just lacking the 5 star hotel amenities you will normally see. Basically is just a beautiful room.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The room is incredible, with the sea view and Japanese style, but really contemporary. Service was perfect and the food was really incredible. Best hotel!

Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf das Meer ist sensationell. Ansonsten versucht das Hotel, eine authentische japanische Onsen-Erfahrung zu vermitteln. Dazu gehört auch ein im Preis enthaltenes Dinner. Wer jedoch zur ersten von zwei Essensgruppen gehört, muss damit rechnen, dass ein Gang gebracht wird, während man noch dabei ist, den vorherigen zu sich zu nehmen…

Hotel is in a very good location in Beppu. Room faces the sea and has a private onsen which is amazing!
