Terrible service, a very transactional driven hotel with no sense for client satisfaction.
I had booked a balloon service however I got sick the day of, and the hotel management instead of rescheduling my tour, decided to take my money with no option to reschedule. Front desk needs to be trained for better hospitality manners. At the end, I lost almost 300 dollars, and when I asked Mgmt if I could get a credit in the restaurant or spa, they refused.
So the hotel, is more important to collect money rather than guests having a memorable experience.
