Hôtel très bien situé. La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Nous avons pu arriver après 20 heures.

Great location, clean, comfortable bed. Only issue was that there is no full time reception, at least in the off-season, so when I went to drop my bag off without notice, nobody was there. But they were very responsive and let me in quite quickly.

Un appartement parfaitement équipé pour un long séjour (lave-vaisselle, lave linge, congélateur, fer à repasser…). Très bien équipé et propre. Un joli petit balcon avec une vue sur la marina et Pico. Idéalement situé pour profiter d’Horta. Une personne adorable à l’accueil et un prix imbattable pour couronner le tout ! Au top

Muchas gracias a Julia y Beatriz por la facilidad de comunicación y ayuda con todo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, en perfectas condiciones y la cama muy cómoda. Está todo muy nuevo y tiene todo lo necesario. Por ponerle algo negativo es que a ciertas horas del día es imposible aparcar en los alrededores y que no tiene ascensor, por lo que subir con maletas si te toca una habitacion en plantas altas se hace pesado.

We stayed in the deluxe room, very spacious, clean and magnificent view of Pico and piers. Denise is very attentive and making sure we are well taking care of during our stay. Our room is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is an alley at the back of our room and we were able to park our car there and led us straight to our room.

Marcámos este alojamento à última hora devido a uma alteração de voo, e não podíamos ter escolhido melhor. Super localização, excelentes condições, um quarto amplo e bem equipado, com todo o conforto. A repetir numa próxima visita ao Faial.

Excellent! Got everything you need. Very comfortable, well equipped, clean. Very friendly staff, the shared kitchen is big and perfect space to share and chill out. I really liked our stay at Nereida. It is also very close to the famous Peters Sport Cafe and in front of the port whertle most of the tours depart from. I highly recommend it!

We stayed in the 3rd floor loft with a beautiful view of Pico volcano. It came with usual toiletries. Very nice accommodation with kitchen and small balcony.

Lovely accommodations, brand new and tastefully decorated. Lovely welcome from the staff and espresso machine in the common room. Five stars!

I had an amazing stay. A great location for walking to the shops, restaurants or getting a taxi. My room was perfect! The pictures on the booking site don't do the room justice! Denise made my stay memorable and I will never forget her hospitality. She carried both my suitcases to the top floor, answered all of my questions, offered suggestions and even washed my dishes! A 40th birthday trip that will last a lifetime! Thank you Denise ❤️
