The hotel advertised Air conditioning in the room. They refused to allow me to use it. They blamed the inaccurate information on hotels.com I cancelled a further four night booking.

Location is good if visiting ashram. Wi-fi works well. Room has no microwave, fridge, cityview or daily cleaning as promised when you book ”executive room”.

Pretty good location in the middle of Koregaon park area, well maintained hotel and helpful staff

We loved staying at this hotel and extended the stay several times. The service staff are friendly and always have a smile. The reception was very helpful to us. The rooms whilst a little dated now are comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent and the rooms serviced well daily with fresh sheets and towels. Great value for a stay in Korean Park right near the German Bakery.

Felt really at home here compared to more expensive hotels and found the staff were very helpful and caring.
