Great staff. We have stayed here a few times. Different times of the year and have always enjoyed our time here. Very clean. Quiet. Active. Looking forward to our next stay.

Breakfast was fine but it was first week Oct so all amenities shut we liked the rooms very much

Bathroom shower was moldy and there was only a sheet on bed. No blanket

Tutto perfetto! Camere pulite e spaziose, piscine meravigliose, personale gentilissimo e preparato. Siamo felici di esser tornati al Kairos per il secondo anno. Un caro saluto e un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff di questo piccolo Paradiso.

5 dages ferie på Kairos hotel. Der var myrer på det ene af vores værelser alle 5 dage, hvilket var et problem de ikke formåede at løse. Fin pool, godt wifi og venligt rengøringspersonale. Ved udtjekning opkrævede hotel betalinger for bestillinger på værelset som ikke havde fundet sted. Tog noget tid desværre at redegøre for at ikke var noget vi havde bestilt. Gav et lidt rodet indtryk af receptionen og generelt måden afregnede på.

Abbiamo prenotato l’hotel perché si trovava lungo il nostro tragitto verso sud e aveva una piscina, perfetta per una pausa con i bambini. Al momento della prenotazione (1 settimana e mezzo prima) avevamo chiaramente indicato che saremmo arrivati con un cane. Solo il giorno stesso dell’arrivo ci è stato comunicato che i cani non sono ammessi. Capisco le regole, ma comunicarlo all’ultimo momento è inaccettabile. Non solo ci siamo trovati senza alloggio, ma la prenotazione non era più cancellabile e ci è stato comunque addebitato tutto. Molto poco professionale e per nulla orientato al cliente.

Property was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite nice with a large comfortable bed and good air conditioning and a little deck with chairs and a table just outside the door. Black out curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English well which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice with quite a few food options. The 2 pools (1 for children) looked large and very nice unfortunately the hours are from 9am to 7pm so missed this. Due to the heat, allowing it to be open later would have been nice but otherwise a great stay!

È il secondo anno che soggiorno in questa struttura. Se da un lato ho ritrovato la stessa cordialità e disponibilità da parte del personale della reception, dall’altro ho notato un certo calo nella cura generale degli ambienti rispetto alla mia prima visita. La colazione resta uno dei punti di forza: abbondante, varia e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Purtroppo, la stanza in cui ho alloggiato presentava alcune criticità, come una maniglia rotta e della muffa sul soffitto, problemi che ho prontamente segnalato alla reception. Anche durante l’utilizzo della piscina ho avuto un’esperienza poco piacevole: un addetto ha effettuato la pulizia del filtro proprio accanto a noi, facendo fuoriuscire parecchia sporcizia. Ritengo che interventi di questo tipo dovrebbero essere programmati in orari o modalità più rispettose della presenza degli ospiti. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, ma auspico maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione, perché la struttura ha certamente del potenziale.

Accueil courtois, bien que nous soyons arrivés avec plus d’une heure de retard à cause de la grève des contrôleurs aériens Mais surprise désagréable d’entendre que nous n’aurions pas droit à la piscine le lendemain matin , sauf à payer Il n’y a que ceux qui arrivent dans l’après-midi pour la nuit suivante qui y ont droit Ce n’est pas dans la publicité attirante Désagréable aussi d’avoir une fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir extérieur de circulation, en plus sans rideau et il faut garder le volet fermé Excellent petit déjeuner

Lugar calmo, agradável, quarto novo! Tem piscina e um jardim bem bonito! Alguns insetos no quarto,talvez por ter muito verde ao redor! Café da manhã bom, achei que o suco estava azedado, talvez pelo calor. Em geral, na Itália, parecem não ter o hábito de consumir sucos bem gelados ou muita preocupação em refrigerar os alimentos. Peguei dias muito quentes. Apesar de pequenos senões, de forma geral recomendo o hotel! O estacionamento é amplo! Ah! Não deixe de ir na abadia de montecassino, é linda!

The property was amazing. Only here for one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

Nothing special about this place. Very difficult to find. We arrived late at night. We checked in at 12:30-1am and checked out at 11am (10yrs stay). We kindly asked for an extra hr or two for checking out just because, and without even checking the availability of the rooms they asked for an extra charge. The gent at night who made the check in said to us that we can easily stay and have lunch on location because we arrived so late. Out of 20hrs/day stay-we stayed 10hrs and they asked for extra charge for an hr or two. We said no Thank you. No access to WiFi. No proper sign for late hrs and reception entrance. Avoid this place. Breakfast could use some veggies. Though, the lady at breakfast was nice.

Excellent hotel. Kids loved the pool and amenities. Rooms were clean and updated. Would definitely stay again.

Una bellissima struttura, con le stanze tutte al piano terra che si affacciano sul giardino interno. Dalle camere si accede al ristorante e alla piscina costeggiando il grande giardino interno e col fatto di non vedere alte strutture sembra di stare in una foresta piuttosto che in un albergo: bellissimo. Due piscine (una più bassa per i bambini), ma con le docce messe solamente nella parte posteriore rispetto alle camere, quindi nessuno fa la doccia prima di entrare in acqua (e gli addetti alla piscina non controllano questa cosa). Le stanze sono moderne, con un bel bagno e una comoda doccia. Assolutamente trascurata la pulizia della parte superiore del guardaroba e non saldamente fissata la tavoletta del WC: un quattro stelle non può perdersi su questi dettagli! Molto gentile e professionale il personale della reception. La colazione offre un buffet variegato (ma nella norma) , ma il servizio potrebbe essere più pronto e attento. Inspiegabile, poi, la mancanza di tovaglia o tovaglietta al tavolo.
