I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The room heater would shut off every night around midnight, leaving the room extremely cold. I stayed for 5 days, and this issue occurred every single night. I messaged the landlord multiple times but received no response. I also informed one of the staff members in person, but nothing was done to fix the problem. Additionally, the kitchen was not clean—there were garbage bags left on the floor, which made the space unpleasant to use. The downstairs bathroom also had no hot water during my stay. Overall, it was a very poor experience for both me and my friend, who stayed in the upstairs room. The lack of basic amenities and unresponsiveness from the host was very frustrating. I would not recommend staying here.

Very quiet and laid back. manager is a top bloke. Hope to return soon . Highly recommended

Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning

Die Wohnung war super alles sauber nur leider sehr weit von London central entfernt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht so gut. Sonst war die Wohnung toll.
