Nice hotel

Excellent staff and really nice room. Multilingual staff at reception makes it easy for foreigners to communicate. Absolutely recommended for those wanting quick access to the old town and beyond

Our stay at MYR Puerta Serranos was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Our room was spotless with great amenities and the location of the hotel was excellent. We are looking forward to visiting Valencia again and will absolutely be staying at MYR Puerta Serranos again.

En este hotel cuidan todos los detalles para que te sientas como en casa. El personal se asegura de que tengas todo lo que necesitas durante tu estancia para estar cómodo y pasar una estancia agradable. En especial Ana de recepción, muy educada y resolutiva. Sin duda un sitio para volver.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable with very tasteful breakfast.

Had a lovely base to explore Valencia from. Lovely team at front of house and housekeeping. The room was lovely sized, clean and everything we required. We wished we had a coffee machine. Staying at this hotel made it easy to walk everywhere and easy to use local transport. Keep up the good work MYR Puerta Serranos!

Amazing breakfast and nice rooms and awesome rooftop

Amazing room and location with friendly and helpful staff members. The roof terrace is super cool and the parking garage was useful. Really enjoyed my stay here, will return.

We stayed in the Junior Suite, the room was great. Very comfortable bed, very clean, spacious with views of the city and towers. The staff was great, very attentive. They even parked our car in their private parking since it would have been difficult for us to access (not used to small parking spaces). The breakfast was excellent too. The hotel is a great location on the skirt of the old town but still easily accessible from the main road. Walking distance to all attractions.
