Nice clean place, very well located and budget friendly. Breakfast included was very nice. Rooms a little small and dated but we only slept, so not a big deal. Staff was super nice and Arequipa ‘s food is very good !

Es un hotel hermoso, desde la entrada nos encantó el lugar, con muy buena ubicación. La limpieza de todo el lugar y de la habitación es muy buena con atención diaria por parte de Viviana. El desayuno a la carta muy rico con buena presentación los platillos, pero lo que más quiero destacar es la atención del personal, nos atendieron de forma extraordinaria, desde el señor Alfonso que nos fue a recoger del aeropuerto, Nadia y todo el personal de recepción muy amables y atentos, nos recibieron con una infusión al cuarto y una carta personalizada del gerente dándonos la bienvenidas, un detalle muy especial. Joaquín y el personal del comedor nos dieron una excelente atención en todo momento. Y un último detalle fue que olvidamos un sobre importante al dejar la habitación, nos contactaron y tuvieron el detalle de apoyaron con todo para hacerlo llegar a nosotros por paquetería, algo que agradecimos muchísimo. Queremos regresar y quedarnos por más tiempo.

Our stay at Los Tambos Colonial was perfect. Every member of the team was helpful and attentive and communication with them during booking was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, including arranging taxis and breakfast boxes due to an early start one morning. We recommend Los Tambos Colonial without hesitation.

Localização muito conveniente, café da manhã muito bom, quarto bem mobiliado e limpo, equipe de funcionários muito simpática e prestativa. Excelente opção na linda Arequipa.

The room and bathroom were spacious. First morning, we enjoyed a buffet style breakfast. Second morning, we ordered from their menu. The natural fruit juice and the crepe made with quinoa was delicious!

This is the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Peru. Super location!!! Super building with a lot of character and super staff!!! We had to leave one day at 2:50 am and as we were exiting, a gentleman at the counter saw us leaving and asked us to wait a couple of minutes. He returned with two bags for breakfast to go. This was a great touch! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay, right at the center of Arequipa.

Great customer service! They held our bags while we went on Cola Canyon overnight hike. Had them ready in our room when we returned. Great location in pedestrian section of historic district. Made a breakfast to go for our early tour departure. Highly recommend!
