Super incredibly nice receptionists and amazing place to stay at

The towels felt like brillo pads the bed was hard as a rock, the AC didn’t work appropriately. It was very noisy late at night. One day after being gone for hours we can back to our room and it smelled like poop. We figured the cleaning lady must of took a dump in our room while we were gone. Never again. I would not recommend anyone staying here. It was not a pleasant stay.

Great spot.

Staff was readily available and personable. Lobby was neat and clean. Room was small yet clean. Bathroom was cute with sample toiletries and a blow dryer but no ventilation. Tub a bit slippery and no grab.bars si certain care in showering is necessary.

conveniently located, great lively neighborhood, close to LGA. Clean and modern room. Friendly staff. But beware of parking... they have very limited on-site parking, which was fortunately available for my stay, but if not available, street parking is already packed, would be hard to find near the hotel.

Front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping staff was courteous and accommodating. The lobby and other common areas were kept very clean. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to NYC.

The front desk staff were excellent from sign in to arriving back at 5:00 am they were great.

Pictures can be deceiving. This hotel is nowhere near as nice IRL as compared to the pictures. Very spartan, dated and cheap. Not a safe feeling area. Very close to LGA is why I booked it and why it exists. Staff was friendly and it was quiet.

Place was a great deal but the room was so cold and the blanket was paper thin. We could not fall asleep.

Staff was nice. Safe and convenient.

It's easy to find even if you are completely new to the area. I recommend taking the ferry from Manhattan to Astoria and then Q19 bus from the ferry terminal. Going to LaGuardia Airport was super easy -- took me less than 20 minutes from the front desk to the terminal. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I am glad I chose this hotel.

Hotel fit out needs. Reasonably priced, close to public transportation. Staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Limited parking. Call ahead. Alternate parking offside.

Rooms and parking spaces are small, but considering the location, I believe it is cost-effective. Also, the staff was wonderful.
