I’d give zero stars if possible. First, this is not a comfort inn. It’s the Yellowstone inn that’s going through renovations. When we first arrived at 10:30 pm we were told we couldn’t get the king room we had reserved because a cleaning person called in sick. We got “upgraded” to a king suite. The first room we went into had a broken box spring and the bed was angled at a 5 degree angle before you even sat on it. There were bugs everywhere. We got moved to another room, and this one had no light bulbs in any of the lamps. We then got moved to a third room, which had blood stains all over the comforter and sheets. We called the front desk and said we’ll deal with the room, could we please just get new bedding. We’ll even put it on ourselves. It took 20 minutes for them to be brought up to our room because the only person working was checking in other people. The fitted sheet we were given didn’t fit the king size bed, and we weren’t brought a new comforter. At this point it was an hour after we had arrived so we just decided to sleep under a single sheet. The entire area reeks of chlorine due to the pool being right outside the rooms. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Elevator was broken and we were given a room on the third floor. Hotel under renovation - Arrived at 8pm and workers were still painting the hallways on our floor.

They are under construction, extremely dusty and our family started sneezing and coughing. Avoid until they are fully renovated!

Rooms are in good condition. Exteriors, Lbby, outside room area(walkway) was not clean.. But good choice for budget stays

They were remodeling. Beds were clean and comfortable. Good price.

The hotel still has the Yellowstone Inn sign instead of the Comfort Inn and Suites, so that was confusing. They are renovating. Our room was clean but the AC unit was set on 60 degrees and it never got cold, it ran all night and didn't cool the room. Their was a light on the AC unit that said dirty filter. There were no bath towels in the bathroom, only two hand towels, a washcloth and a floor mat for the shower. They did have shampoo, lotion, makeup remover, etc. Their continental breakfast was as to be expected. They had no orange or apple juice in the machine. The beds were super comfortable. I would stay again, but only after they are done with renovations.

The hotel is being renovated which led me to be less fastidious about checking the room for bed bugs and now i have 7 ulcerated bites. The hotel has not responded to cover my medical costs or reimburse my stay or laundry services for our clothes and bags to avoid bringing bed bugs into our home.

Sign out front did not match the listing. The sign was “Yellowstone inn” not comfort inn. The elevator was broken, and major renovations and repairs were underway. The property had recently been acquired and they were turning it into a comfort inn. Which is okay, but they weren’t renovating a floor at a time, they were doing everything at once, literally putting up wallpaper outside our room as we walked in. So we had the smell of the glue all night and couldn’t open any windows for fresh air. Considering the state of the hotel, it was also quite expensive- but there was no where else to stay the weekend before the 4th; which is likely why the property manager decided to offer rooms and make some quick money. This is fine, but I will ding them on my review in exchange, as I do feel it was appropriate for a comfort inn to be in such a state.

1st room they gave us AC and TV did not work, 2nd Room refrigerator and phone did not work and it had a burning smell, we were told this is because we were in an adjoining room to the staff kitchen. They used a guest room on the 2nd floor as a staff kitchen. The hallways were filthy from construction dirt and dust. All trash cans throughout the motel were overflowing. DO NOT STAY HERE. We left and got a room somewhere else

Property was undergoing transition. Room was clean and big. Staff was very responsive to requests. Pool was cold could not enjoy. Advertised a game room none was there. Breakfast 1st day ok. Second day horrible just eggs no sausage or hash browns! Third day breakfast was good. Kitchen staff very attentive kept things restocked and clean.

First we payed for 2 queens they gave us 1. We payed for room with a tub. Only had a shower. Shower door wouldn’t close all the way. Need to step over toilet to use shower. Bathroom toilet seat wouldn’t stay up by its self when taking a piss (guy thing) bathroom faucet was loose. Door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed. Sink had a leak under it. The exterior garbages were overflowing like they hadn’t been emptied in weeks. And they had the nerve to call all this an upgrade.

Although the building was getting renovated it was poorly done. Rooms should not be rented until all work is done. Bathroom faucet wasn’t even attached to the vanity cabinet were loose and there was no sofa in the suite. We booked a king suite which was to include a sofa and were given the queen with no other options or compensation. During breakfast no one was cleaning tables or floors and the area was filthy.

The name is different from the sign out front but other than that it nice.

The hotel is run down and no sign for the hotel. Expensive and poor renovation.

The elevator didn’t work the morning I was leaving, so I had to walk down a flight of stairs with my cane and luggage. I am handicapped, so that was not good for me.

Bed needs to be replaced and its currently being remodeled so the fire alarm went off at 7:30am but it was a false alarm. The room was decently clean and overall it was quiet.

The air conditioning did not work! Neither did the phone

Building is being renovated and the elevator was not working.
