Muy céntrico y muy amable el personal.

Chambre propre, personnel sympa, emplacement au top, voilà pour les qualités. Pour le reste chambre faisant penser aux urgences d’un hôpital, très etroite. Extrêmement bruyante, bruits du dehors et des voisins, la chambre n’est pas insonorisée. Volet cassé mais comme on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre pas de possibilité de tenter de réparer. Pour finir, 125 euros pour dormir dans un couloir ca fait très très cher. Je me doute que les chambres doubles sont plus grandes mais mon ressenti n’est vraiment pas terrible. Le prix ne reflète en rien les prestations. Ça fait une semaine que je suis parti en faisant 1 étape par jour, l’établissement est le plus cher, et la chambre fait parti des moins confortables de mon périple.

Very good check-in experience even though we were unexpectedly late. The bedroom & bathroom were exceptionally clean & the beds were comfortable. The bedroom was located on the first floor directly above the front door so it was noisy. I would suggest a much thicker & wider curtain to help block out any light & dampen street noise. Please note that after midnight, for the two nights we stayed, the street cleaners hosed down one side of the very narrow street & emptied the refuse bin outside front door of the Hostel. The cleaners then hosed the remaining street side around 01:00. I fully appreciate this is outwith your control BUT the curtain provided barely covered the window when closed.

Hotel très bien situé, plutôt calme, chambre et sanitaires très propres avec linge suffisant. Mais pas un seul siège ni table... sans doute par manque de place. Parking accessible à pied par les ruelles en une dizaine de minutes. Il faut limiter les bagages.

We weren't expecting much because of the relatively low price considering the location. We were pleasantly surprised - really friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent and it was very quiet at night too. It's a very small establishment and even the cleaning staff was very helpful as when we arrived the receptionist wasn't around. The rooms are adequately sized considering the location and price, and had everything we needed. The only one complaint is that there was only one power outlet in the room and that was located far from the bed side table. This is rather inconvenient for me as I like to leave my tablet plugged in charging while checking things when lying on the bed.

Loved Toledo and this hotel so much we tacked on 2 more days. Hotel in the very heart of the old city. Staff are lovely, housekeeping amazing. You can’t go wrong here

After a heck of a hike up the steep hills of the beautiful historic city we arrived at a lovely hotel with spotless rooms, plentiful hot water and a bath! While the rooms are basic and small there is a large common sitting/coffee room where we ate our breakfast and enjoyed the space. The bathroom was well stocked with soap/ shampoo/ conditioner dispensers. The staff were helpful with our woefully inadequate Spanish, by guiding us to great restaurants and sites. Toledo turned out to be a treasure trove for history buffs.

Our trip and stay at this hotel was excelente, we recomend this very nice and friendly hotel when visiting Toledo, it’s the best place to see so many sights in and near the town.

Very old room, the door of bathroom isn’t closed, a refrigerator is very very small, not enough sockets. Not recommend!
