Solo me hospedé una noche y todo muy bien . La recepción bastante bien y muy amables . Las habitaciones limpias y el servicio de desayuno genial, muy completo ya que tenían de todo y para todos los gustos y necesidades. Totalmente recomendable!!

This hotel is a wonderful place to visit with great staff and quiet rooms. There’s a bar and restaurant downstairs and it’s convenient for buses to transport you. Excellent

Para uma noite o hotel era bem razoável. O quarto tinha um pouquinho de cheiro de mofo mas não atrapalhou a estadia. Tinha banheiro, cobertor, frigobar, tudo funcionava bem, está bem localizado, se estiver de carro a 15 min de Bilbao. Bom café da manhã com variedade incluído na diária.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is located to the south of Bilbao, but it's relatively easy to walk to the train station and ride into the city. It's located in a small suburb, so dining options in the town are limited. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English.
