I found a bed bug in my room. This was really upsetting and not what I expected from a hotel. I'm also worried about possibly bringing bugs home with me.

I was there for a night , is close to the parks. Rooms clean and comfy enough, parking lot is small, but they have more in other buildings, which is good but also a bit confusing. The pool is really pretty and with a good view.

It had everything we needed for our last minute one night stay. Comfortable bed, clean room. However the foyer and elevators had a very strong smell from the Indian restaurant, it made it uncomfortable to spend any time in the foyer.

This property is top tier! When you walked out our room the roof top pool was right there. The rooms are very spacious and clean. You don’t have to leave to enjoy the nightlife. Every night it’s a rooftop party. What I wasn’t informed about is the parking on the weekend. It’s first come first serve and afterwards you have to park in other lots. I did not appreciate that. I enjoyed my stay.

Overall the property was clean and the staff were very friendly. Only issue we encountered was the hot water in the shower was finicky. It took a while to heat up and didn’t stay hot very long anytime we showered. Other than that we had a great stay.

Great times

Very nice hotel! We had dinner at the rooftop Mediterranean restaurant - the food was amazing and the view was beautiful! We also loved the decor of our room.

The staff we interacted with at check-in was kind, informative, engaging, & efficient including the parking lot attendant. Our room was decent enough, but the beds were firmer than I prefer. The floors are all vinyl so that was great and also more sanitary than carpet. Water pressure 6.5/10 stars because the handheld had better pressure than the overhead one. To control the power of 90% of the room, including the bathroom, you have to leave a room key in a box on the wall. It’s definitely innovative but I don’t like it. When you’re entering a dark room, after what most times is long travel, you don’t want to fumble around with a room key trying to locate a box to slide it in just to turn on the light closest to you. I could understand maybe if it controlled the back half of the room and you were still able to turn on the initial light near the door. We attempted to go to the roof top restaurant/bar to enjoy a quiet night in. Unfortunately, once we were sat, no one acknowledged us for so much as a glass of water for over 20 minutes. We decided to leave and go to the restaurant across the street instead. All things considered, we would likely not return to this property.

Would stay here anytime I'm in the Orlando area. Very clean and modern.

Hotel pool close at 6:00 pm . Way to early parking limited due to other properties parking in the same are. Room service are not daily . Room service is every three days. No computer available for work printing flights tickets etc. 100 deposit swimming pool not heated water very cold.

The door wouldn’t lock and the lady who claim she was a guest service was refusing to switch rooms although it was a safety issue

Excellent hôtel, pour les personnes qui veulent visité les parcs Universal Floride, hôtel récent, confortable, moderne, chambre bien équipée, SDB jolie douche, grand écran, frigo, cafetière...surtout piscine rooftop, bar ,restaurant, c'est très bon ,surtout vue sur Volcano bay et Universal.... 5 minutes a pied des navettes pour les parcs, pas besoin de vôtre voiture .... aussi beaucoup de point de restauration a proximité...

Not a good experience. Bar, restaurant playing loud music until after 1am on a Tuesday, I had to call the reception to complain as you could hear the base Lou fly in the room. Then no hot water in the shower, Monday night or Tuesday morning. Complained to the reception and was informed the mgr will be in touch. Never heard from anyone. I travel and stay in hotels constantly and have never written a bad review until today..I would never stay at this hotel again and worry about using the Cambria chain of hotels going forward.

The only issue we had was ordering on the kiosk. It was no problem at all he brought us our food shortly after we came up he just said it never came through. Beautiful View and balcony, air conditioner works perfect

Was a really nice experience. Staff was very kind and efficient! Will be back again
