Not the best experience!

Felt disappointed about the parking and noise outside my room was very loud

Nice, clean, helpful staff.

Clean, well designed, comfortable, and staff are helpful and nice.

Room was tiny. We were in Queen room. Aircon was great. Very quiet and had a good sleep. Shower was nice. It was a compact room you could only sleep in.

Recnetly renovated and excellent air conditioning

O hotel é novo e limpo, apesar de ter quartos pequenos e garagem apertada. O bairro ao redor é bem sinistro, uma espécie de subúrbio. Localização próxima a um pequeno Shopping center e apenas dez minutos do aeroporto. Se for só para passar a noite e ir para aeroporto eu recomendo.

Ett bra hotell som ligger i ett bra läge i Luton. Personalen hjälpsam och trevlig. Bra parkering bakom hotellet.

Hotel was fine Hard to find car park and spaces are tiny. Also as you haven’t booked in you can’t get from car park to reception The booking states breakfast included but when you come down it’s only for one person what on earth. Getting out of the car park is even worse As they were busy with breakfast we had to ring external bell (through gate) as inside wasn’t working When it eventually moved it almost severed my wife’s arm Loads of better places in the area

I booked through expedia. However, my flight was delayed. The hotel would not accommodate the delay and marked me as a no show for arriving 3hrs pass the “late” mark.

Nice rooms and great Shower. Bed was really Comfy.

And the hotel was very clean always the workers was very nice to everyone. The room was very clean; my fiancé and I really enjoy stay at Spark Hotel; I recommend the hotel to anyone this is a 5 stars hotel spark. I will book for there again next time I go to the UK.

The walls are extremely think, you can hear everything. And no gym in the hotel. But staff super helpful and nice!!!

Very nice hotel .The bedroom was really small. I gound ghe bed to be most uncomfortable and the mattress was like a brick . When i mentioned this to the guy on the reception he didn't want to know and was very unhelpful. I ended off with a really sore back.

Very small area for parking. Restaurant food just okay.

I wish I could give the staff higher marks, because Vasyl (manager) and the rest of the staff were so kind and friendly. Our server gave us great food recommendations, and made us some fantastic drinks. The off-street parking is a worthwhile purchase, and the rooms are nice and quiet. It was a great visit and I would gladly stay here again.
