Beautiful hotel, really friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms were spotless and pool on rooftop was lovely. Bus service in the centre was very frequent so was very handy to have that at the door. Superb place.

Hotel was very clean, very good breakfast and very nice, friendly staff. The Number 45 bus is your best friend as the walk to the beach and Old Town is 30 minutes plus!

Excellent option. Easy public transportation, great breakfast included, good food options for picky kids, clean and quiet.

Hôtel récent et moderne, chambre étroite mais suffisante, petit déj varié et complet, La piscine est un plus. 12 euros le parking pour la journée est trop cher et il n'y a pas de place dans la rue. Transport en commun direct disponible pour aller dans le centre. Bon séjour, manque un restaurant mais en marchant un peu on trouve.

The hotel is situated smack in the middle of Donostia and 1 bus and you’re downtown. It was very clean and friendly staff

Flott og nytt hotell i utkanten av sentrum. Buss rett utenfor. Rent og pent. Hjelpsomt og hyggelig personale. Pluss for basseng og bar på taket, for en rolig tilbaketrekning på kvelden for familien. Anbefaler gjerne!

Clean, hard working friendly staff, parking on site. Poor food. Overall overpriced for what is essentially a budget hotel

dans l’ensemble et pour le prix c’est dans l’ensemble satisfaisant avec des points de détail , comme la douche qui fuit et qui a du décoler les plinthes sortie de douche , prise électrique qui ne sont pas toute au normes pour charger ,j’ai dû débranché la cafetière pour charger mon tel et concernant le petit déjeuner, café pas bon et croissant pas bon du tout

The air conditioning was not cooling enough. The lower temperature was 73 Fahrenheit (around 22 Celsius ) so it was kind of hot to sleep

Bra opphold på greit hotell. Bra med frokosttilbud, men begrenset utvalg. Rent og pent. Grei standard, men ingen luksus. Hyggelig personale. Flott med basseng på taket. Litt langt unna sentrum. Litt dyrt.

We had an excellent time here and I was sorry we had such a short stay - the shower is the only thing that could be a little strange if you're not staying with someone who you're totally comfortable with, since it's in the middle of the room and the whole thing is transparent! However if you're open to that setup, we had absolutely no complaints.

Hemos tenido un problema con las habitaciones y la gerenta lo soluciono Buen desayuno un poco alejado del centro

Cama pequeña. Frigobar pequeño. Pesima atencion en el front desk. Parking caro. Desayuno muy ordinario. No vuelvo nunca màs. No lo recomiendo. Es una estafa.

Hotel is a bit far from the centre but the rooms are nice and comfortable. Area around the hotel is also nice. At check in the ladies where very friendly and helpfull. The rest of the staff we encountered where not so friendly and welcoming. Which is a pitty as the hotel rooms are quite nice. Most of the employees we encountered where not so friendly nor welcoming. Also the breakfast was not so good. Scrambled eggs where mixed with old eggs that boiled for some time and turned brown together with fresh eggs. I think this is wrong way of saving money. Assortment at the breakfast was ok but not great. We had a nice time in San Sebastian but we would not take this hotel during our next visit.

Really friendly staff. Out of town, but bus from outside the hotel every 15 mins. Although bus service finishes around 10pm.

Muy buen servicio del Hotel, está nuevo y tiene muy bien su mantenimiento a las habitaciones e instalaciones en general. El servicio público está perfecto porque está en la puerta del hotel y la línea te lleva al centro de la ciudad
