Nice pool, palm trees and ambiance: good breakfast but thoroughly out of date policy on in-room kettle. Stay in a low budget hotel and they give you a kettle and tea bag in your room so you can wake up at 6.00am and get going. No kettles in this hotel. It’s not health and safety but policy because the rooms have been nicely refurbished over the 10 years I’ve been staying here. So Management- up your game and at least match a Holiday Inn Express or Ibis. Your hotel is easily worth it.

L’hôtel doit être en rénovation car ma chambre, vraiment vieillotte et défraîchie ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site, je n’ai pas payé cher, donc c’est à la hauteur de ce montant, je regrette simplement de ne pas avoir vérifié la photo de la chambre avant de réserver Ne faites pas comme moi, vérifiez avant 😜

Hôtel rénové et très commode en face de la gare

All of the meals, the facilities, and the rooms here at the Hotel Arena are amazing! And its a 3 minute walk from the train station, direct from the Nice airport! (Yet there is no noise, because all trains are electric.) I have stayed here several times and I very highly recommend it. The grounds are lovely and blend historic culture, and reasonable prices with full amenities. I have moved to Frejus and now recommend this hotel for all of my guests.
