Really great hotel with amazinf staff, would recommend for people visiting family around the area.

Nice, clean, no issues

Food was left in the room we initially was given. The next room was clean. Beds are so hard and warn.

It was a great atmosphere and quiet.

Other than property not having a hot tub it was perfect.

Clean, comfortable and perfect for one overnight stay. The breakfast was just slightly above average which I view the average as "not great" (had bacon - rare). Convenient for Grand Rapids area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Everything was in perfect condition. Rooms are huge annd very comfortable. Only stayed one night, in town for an event. Our event was downtown GR only 15 minutes away and this hotel so much cheaper than downtown GR. New hotel built in 2022 and everything still looks brand new. We arrived early and were able to checkin immediately. Very friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever.

Annually my husband and I take our kids to this location for a break in the cold. Sam checked us in and they were very welcoming and friendly. The pool key card reader wasn't working but we only needed to get someone from the front, which they happily obliged. The pool area was very clean and although the water was a bit cloudy, our kids had a great time. The room was clean and quite large. The kichenette, we didn't use, but was well maintained. Then breakfast which was overall disappointing. We arrived down around 8 AM and were one of three families there. During the hour down there, i only saw the bacon refreshed. The regular coffee had to be asked twice for it to be brewed as it was empty. The waffle batter was never touched. The sandwich station was stale and cool to the touch. All this while the employees stood near the desk talking the entire time, never leaving even as more and more guests arrived. Overall, a very disappointing experience where we've been normally very impressed.

Great hotel after we searched for our wedding venue. However, from the moment we walked in, the room smelled of a dead animal or rotting food. We pinpointed the stench to the sink. We flushed the sink with warm water and dish soap, to no avail. Granted, we probably could’ve switched rooms, but the hotel was busy and we toughed it out! If the odor wasn’t so strong, it would’ve been a 5 star rating.

Pool did not feel that it was warmed. Breakfast was very picked over by 8 AM. Overall, the hotel was clean and service was good.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was good. It was a little noisy with kids running upstairs, it was just one night.

One of the best room layouts I’ve ever seen. Nicely designed with lots of counter space.

My first expression of this hotel was a positive one! The employee at check in was polite, respectful, and was quick and efficient in checking us in! I wish I would have caught her name because she deserves positive recognition! The hotel is a newer one and our one night stay was great! The only thing I would say that could be improved was the chlorine level in the pool; needs to be less!

The property looks new. Our room was amazing — very spacious, and clean, with many upscale amenities. The hotel was quiet, despite what seemed to be a capacity or near-capacity crowd. The only disappointment was several items on the breakfast bar that were cold, and should’ve been hot.
