Stayed for 4 nights. Clean, great airco. Small but sufficient modern bathroom (shower only). Safe in the cabinets. No minifridge. Recommend this place! Please note - no reception - so access through door codes. Worked like a charm

Staff responded very quickly to any queries via WhatsApp. Clean modern property in good location within walking distance to metro subway. Only comment is storage safe was not in service.

El servicio al cliente es pésimo, no tienen organización

Es un hotel urbano en un edificio de pisos, simple pero correcto, suficiente para dormir y asearte, nada más.

Agradable lugar

Muy bien ubicado, seguro y la colonia y gente alrededor muy amable, el apartamente limpio y hermoso me encanto con gusto volvere.

Buongiorno, purtroppo avendo scelto per noi la camera del portinaio, abbiamo dovuto di conseguenza subire ogni sbattimento del portone, sia in entrata che in uscita, per la molla troppo esile per il peso della porta stessa, con tremore ogni volta della parete del letto. Pessima poi la scelta di usare quel tipo di soffione per la doccia, impossile da usare. Bagno comunque troppo piccolo che poteva usufruire dello spazio dedicato all'ampio armadio della camera.

Fabuloso, todo un descubrimiento. Limpieza impecable, comodidad de 10 y súper bien ubicado. Si tengo que volver, ya sé donde. Ah! La chica que me atendió muy amable y servicial.

Ligger dejlig central

Habitación cómoda y moderna, en una zona próxima al centro.

O banheiro é horrível. Os quartos fedem a cigarro.

Habitación correcta, cama cómoda, baño bien equipado. Resulta un poco extraño que no haya personal presencial pero no tuve ningún problema por ello.

No te dicen al inicio, sobre las instrucciones para entrar al hotel. Por lo que pierdes tiempo en averiguar cómo es, escribirles y que te manden la información.

The hostel is in a great location and is modern. The hostel is in the center of Madrid so there is outside noise but this is to be expected however there is also quite a bit of noise from inside including when the room nextdoor uses water which was surprisingly loud. We didn't receive the check in emails but the staff were very friendly and fast to solve these issues for us. And on one occasion our code for the door didn't work but again the staff were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. This is not a luxury hotel (and it doesn't claim to be!) but it was ideal for the price point it has a few snags but we still had a very enjoyable stay.

Las habitaciones muy buenas, tal cual las fotos. La llegada se complica si no hay alguien que me ayude, nunca me llego el link para registrarme entonces no tenía código para entrar y el nuer teléfono del correo no funciona, de no ser por un vecino que llegó y si tenía el número correcto no hubiera podido entrar
