El departamento es muy cómodo, hay que avisar si necesitas el sillón de la sala, la calle es cerrada por lo que deberás caminar unos pasos con las maletas, está gran vía a menos de 100 mts. El Personal es muy amable.

Excelente ubicación y espacio. Muy cerca de sol y gran via y en la noche muy tranquilo para poder dormir.

Excelente propiedad para familias, la suite está impecable y la ubicación es excepcional, está a media cuadra del metro y la gran vía. El personal muy amable, atento y muy dispuesto.

Quiet, clean, large living areas and close to many desirable areas. Bed and convertible couch was somewhat uncomfortable. Likely a cultural difference but no tissues, paper towels, plastic wrap, or salt/pepper. I would recommend.

Quarto amplo, confortável, arejado e com muitas comodidades. A poucos metros de estação do metrô, e em região próxima a atrações turísticas e restaurantes. Chegamos de madrugada, em função do voo, e a comunicação foi perfeita para o auto checkin. Nos informaram ainda um telefone de emergência, caso desse algo errado.

Place was in a good area easy to get around & take the metro or an Uber

We had a comfortable stay , has water to share and coffee. Got there at midnight, so we checked out around 10 am , they kept our luggage since we need to roam around a little bit . It is a good location and the personnel at the reception is friendly and helpful his name is Ivan .

We had a very good time in this hotel, everything was good and comfortable. Check in process was good and easy and they allow us to get to the room earlier then check in time, it was very nice of them. Highly recommend this place. A lot of restaurants and important places were within walking distance.

Nuestro alojamiento en este apartamento fue muy buena, tiene buena ubicación y lo recomendaría a otra amistades.

I was looking for a 1 bed apartment with a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms and was happy to have found this. Price was reasonable and location was very central. Only complaint is that the sofa bed was quite springy so may not be great for some but I still slept well. Unfortunately some other guests were noisy coming down the stairs in the mornings so that woke me up but that's not the responsibility of the hosts.

The Ner Gran Via apartment boasts a desirable location and is well-maintained.

The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. The two guys at reception were amazing made our stay very pleasant. The apartment has plenty amenities. We stayed in a one bed and it was quiet spacious and comfortable. The property is in the heart of Granvia few steps away from metro, the bus, grocery shops and great shopping experience. Reception is open upto 6pm only and cleaning is not done daily otherwise every thing else was fantastic
