Really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a lovely hotel with great amenities but not pretentious. Good food, lovely view from the lake view room and staff were proficient and friendly. Would stay again

Wir haben uns auf die Junior Suite mit Blick auf den See gefreut, laut Beschreibung sogar von der Badewanne aus. Leider waren die Fenster nicht geputzt und wir konnten die Aussicht nicht genießen. Noch dazu eine schlecht geputzte Badewanne, die ich mir dann vor der Benutzung selbst geputzt habe. Late check out zusätzlich gebucht, die Zimmerkarte wurde aber nicht verlängert. Abendessen in Ordnung, geschmacklich nichts für uns. Eigentlich haben wir gesagt, wir kommen nie wieder, aber dann hat der Spa Bereich uns doch umgestimmt. Nur eine Junior Suite werden wir nicht mehr buchen, schade ums Geld. Personal alle freundlich.

Leider haben wir das Zimmer nicht um 15 Uhr bekommen sondern hat man uns warten lassen ca. 20min später man hätte als wieder gut machung von der Bar einige Drinks spendieren können..... Das Zimmer selbst ist neu renoviert ausreichend viel Platz dennoch nicht immer Sauber vorallem was die Handtücher anbelangt, war zumindest unser Gefühl... Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig. Frühstück ist ganz okay findet jeder was ebenso das Abendessen was ich persönlich etwas besser gefunden habe (wahrscheinlich weil mehr Auswahl da war) Alles in Allem bis auf das Warten und den Zimmerservice Sehr Gutes Erlebnis definitv Empfehlenswert.

The room was relatively big, well designed and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner consisted of a great selection of tasty choices. The best was the excellent and helpful service by the personnel throughout the facility.

It has a nice location with nice entrance. The room was a bit too small and had a step inside! It served dinner which was really bad nutrition. Breakfast was good and varied. Overall it was less than good experience.

Nice and quiet stay. The way we want it.

The staff is friendly and helpful except the restaurant staff. They took everything several times while I went to take food with my room card and bag still at seat. It’s so rude and annoying.

A modern hotel on the Balaton shores, perfect spa to relax

Convenient beautiful modern room with a lake view, breakfasts and dinners are included, plenty of parking, incredible pool, few hot tubs, saunas, gym. There’s a park next to hotel. Everything thought through for clients to enjoy and relax

This was the last journey on my seven day trip to Hungary. It is a beautiful hotel, and the rooms were great! I was also within five minutes of dining, shopping, and site seeing. Definitely recommend!

Im Grossen und Ganzen ein gutes Hotel. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Plattensee. Umgebung war nicht so der Hammer. Kann mir aber gut vorstellen, dass im Sommer bedeutend mehr los ist...

everything was perfect

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet und die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Plattensee traumhaft. Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren extrem freundlich und bemüht, und man kommt mit Deutsch/Englisch auch gut durch. Das Essen war morgens und abends perfekt! Der Wellness Bereich ist nicht extrem groß, aber sauber, modern und das Wasser ist gut warm. Freitags und Samstag waren die Plätze etwas knapp, am Sonntag hatte man mehr Auswahl. Saunabereich mit geführten Aufgüssen am Nachmittag und Saunatücher beliebig oft tauschbar. Wir hatten kein Zimmerservice bei 2 Nächten .

Waren bereits zum 2.mal über Silvester da. Service im Restaurant sehr gut. Krankheitsbedingt konnten wir an der Silvester Party nicht teilnehmen. Leider bis heute, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage vom Hotel keine Rechnung für Getränke und Minibar. Bezahlt wurde, Rechnung sollte per Mail kommen, fehlt bis heute. Eine Kontrolle dadurch nicht möglich, schade.

We have booked a room for three people but there were only two towels, two coffee cups etc. in the room. There was no shower gel in the shower. Room cleaning was nearly not existing. Cleaning stuff was in the room. Butt they made only one of three beds, changed one coffee cup and left the other dirty cups and glasses where they were. When we told the reception about it, they apologized. We asked for fresh coffee cups, they assured to bring some to our room, what never happened. The dinner was ok some of the dishes were only described in Hungarian language, a few also in English. Would be nice to know about evety dish, what it is, as it was with some dishes not obvious.

I enjoyed the quality of the food and the serenity of the of season.

5-star review for a 5-star hotel on the shore of Lake Balaton. Most rooms have a small balcony with a lake view so the room configuration is not a rectangle, but there is plenty of room for two people and their luggage. The indoor pool and hot tubs are wonderful, sorry I missed the beer spa with the music! The dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet were magnificent, all of the staff were so courteous. The sunrise view from the balcony was breathtaking and there are walking and biking paved trails around the lakeshore and in the park next door. We would love to return, it was just a wonderful experience!
