The apartment was very nice but after a long flight from USA a reroute to Paphos a bus ride back to Larnaca in the dark raining it was hard to find the right building. Instructions on how to find no 26 need to be clearer as the building has poor signage and we were frustrated and tired trying to find where to go.

Totally disagree with Juminat’s review. This property is excellent - a home away from home! Arguably, a 4-star. Management communicated immediately (on whatsapp) and was very helpful. Everything was provided (except a toaster but we just used the grill. And honestly, who needs a full length mirror? There’s one in the lift if you do!). The bedding was more than sufficient. Regarding the hot water, yes you need to run it for about 5 minutes but the water was scalding hot and the showers powerful. The lock box was easy to find (once we had the right building! The cab dropped us outside the property to the left). No doors jammed (the door to the apartment was a double lock, that’s all - great security). The pool we found by just asking another resident (it’s round the back of the building - turn right when you come out, right again and up the stairs). The pool was freezing (we were there in November though so…) but once you’re in, it’s refreshing in the heat. No shallow end so my seven year old needed to use the float provided. Hooked up our Netflix and Prime to the TV, WiFi was strong, enough sockets around, and so nice to have a proper iron and ironing board. We normally stay in 5-star hotels but decided to try an apartment for a more relaxed break. It couldn’t have been a better holiday. Everything you need is minutes away (groceries, beach/pool, restaurants/bars, pharmacy, etc). We’ll be coming back to this property and Larnaca time and time again!

The property management is extremely unhelpful. Not very clear instructions to find the lock box with the key The door lock was stiff and jammed so it took us 45 minutes to open the door in that time I tried to call the help numbers provided the person was not helpful at all just kept reciting the information already sent in the welcome message. Said they were going to contact the caretaker to help us open the door and did not instead was laughing on the phone at my frustration. Said he would call the caretaker about 5 times and did not, also said he would call me back and did not. After not being helpful with this situation he would contact in the middle of the night to request their cleaning fee which on the receipt it says £22.64 they requested 35 euros pretty sure the conversion is wrong. Whilst in the flat, one of the toilets had a horrible sewage smell. The showers are very low pressure and the hot water is not hot at all, at best lukewarm and I mean that very loosely. One of the toilets kept getting blocked. There was only 1 very flat pillow per person and the beds are not very comfortable. There is also no full length mirror in the flat. Also could not locate the pool they said was a part of the apartment complex. Overall the apartment was not very clean either and not even salt and pepper in the cupboards Best thing after the apartment is the massive balcony and the A/C that’s available in each room & good location about 10min walk to the beach.
