Very good for the price, Staff was pleasant and accommodating

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The rooms have been renovated so it didn't feel like an old hotel once we were in the room. The walls were very thin though. (I wore ear plugs so it was fine). It's close to the downtown pubs and restaurants. That was convenient. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but considering how low the price was for the room, it wasn't something to complain about. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Medicine Hat Villa. Lots of amenities (kitchen where you can cook a meal, tv room, reading/games room), the room was clean and very comfortable, but it was the staff who made the stay excellent. The young woman on the front desk when we checked in is so wonderful. All of the staff we met were very helpful and nice.

Older place with some recent updates ... rooms were clean... bed comfy, good location downtown, area is a little sketchy ... only complaint is breakfast is pretty skimpy ... coffee,juice, bread and can make waffles... overall for the price it's great value! Would stay again.

It was much better than initially presented!

We had no hot water for shower or bath! We contacted the front desk and they tried to deal with it....but??? Was disappointing! Breakfast was simple, but good.

The carpet in the room was dirty and stained the bed spread was dirty and stained the breakfast was cereal and toast only. Only nice thing was the staff very friendly In all You do get what you pay for

Very clean and a chic vibe

The staff was extremely helpful. We were able to check in early which was great because we had a wedding to go to and needed a place to change clothes. The room was clean. It was an older hotel so some things weren’t perfect but it wasn’t run down or falling apart. I loved the fact that the parking was secured at night

the property and the hotel rooms etc. were very clean staff was helpful and friendly needs attention for the breakfast, there was no fruit or yogurt otherwise okay the price was very reasonable close to everything had a good stay

1) Parking area: rough at entrance to back lovcated parking 2) Room 202 (problem with key opening door) (Same as Rm 216 on a prior stay) 3) Room 202 small TV, poor sound quality 4) inadequate hangers in closet 5) Breakfast: as advertised-4 cereals, milk, coffee, creamers, pancakes, toast, water.

In my opinion, this hotel is a well kept secret. Friendly staff, clean room, parking on site, and continental breakfast included. All for a super affordable rate.

The staff were amazing as always. They are working at improving the property. Our room was very clean and comfortable. They even let people use a kitchen for other meals as long as they clean up. It’s a great place centrally located. We met some other travellers to chat with as well. It's become our go-to place to stay.

Super clean and well-maintained. Good location yet affordable. Worth every penny.
