Rooms were clean and Very spacious. Staff friendly and could not do enough for you. Fantastic venue for a wedding and was the best wedding food we have ever had. Plenty of parking.

The hotel is really nice, the common areas and restaurants are lovely. Breakfast is also good However the garden suits outside of the main building are not well kept. The phone to call reception etc barely worked with a broken cable. The toilet is as stained as the one in a petrol station and no a/c during the summer. Ireland it’s not particularly hot but the night I stayed it was, and the room temperature/humidity was less than ideal to have a restful night. They do provide fans but for the level of hotel and price you would expect a/c in the whole property. They do advertise a/c in other booking platforms, without mentioned is only in certain areas.

Lovely property. Great location. Only complaint is the noise at night.

Above my expectations and the staff was always helpful

Loved staying here. Perfect location to the castle and Medieval Mile. So nice to have a pub downstairs with Irish dancing and music. Delicious breakfast included.

I'm usually okay with older historic hotels as long as they're kept up well. The linoleum flooring instantly showed how cheaply the room was redone. A lot of basic housekeeping was lacking. The toilet bowl had stains at the bottom, which I've never encountered in any hotels, a gross-looking coffee pot and ironing board, a stained anti-slip mat, and a TV screen covered in streaks. The only good things were a newly renovated shower/bathtub and full heating/cooling control, which is hard to find in Ireland. I wouldn't have chosen to stay here if it hadn't popped up in my 4-star hotel search.

The property was nice enough, but there was no A.C., so we had to leave the windows open and a fan running. This would have been OK, but at midnight until 3 am, there was pub goers heading home, and somewhat noisy. Didn't get a good sleep here.

We thought we were getting a sleepy B and B type hotel. Could not have been more wrong! Very, very elegant with nice grounds and amenities. Probably the most beautiful hotel on our trip. The only negative I have to add was the breakfast buffet was limited and not very good. Otherwise, it’s in a fantastic location in walking distance to the castle, tons of shops, restaurants and pubs. Kilkenny is a beautiful town with awesome folks. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Langtons was great, the only thing we would say is the noise from the street can be quite loud as the hotel still has old single glazed windows which don't help to keep the noise out and we stayed at the weekend when it was busy.

Very cute boutique hotel! Within walking distance to the castle and loads of pubs and restaurants.

Great grounds and atmosphere. Food was fantastic.

Beautiful hotel

Everything about our stay was amazing. The keys in the door were really old and needed to be updated. But other than that. Staff was very helpful , even with our bags and anything else. Parking in rear was amazing. Plus you walk through the rear to the front was so helpful.

Tolles geräumiges, sauberes Gardenview-Zimmer. Super Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal!

Breakfast was great, comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Great location with onsite parking. Would recommend to anyone going to Kilkenny
