Very clean newly refurbished rooms. Comfortable stay for our family of 5. Excellent.

Room was really hot, 90f and all we had were fans, no through circulation. Cool outside but the rooms never cooled down. We were also there with bunch kids up above us up til 1-2am.

3 week trip in the UK and this property had the best bed of any of the hotels and bnbs that we stayed in! Absolutely recommend this space and there is an amazing breakfast right next door. Check in/out was an absolute breeze. 10/10

Extraordinary staff, die to a delayed flight we arrived at 22:30 and she was so extremely helpful and friendly that we felt hardly welcomed by second one! Parking lot was available, also there's good coffee and some cakes in the morning. Would definitely come back for another longer stay

Confusion at check in - I had requested a ground floor room due to our age and reduced mobilty, but there wasn't one available (despite booking nearly a month ago it was not reserved) we were allocated one on the first floor. Went to the room only to find it was already occupied! Back to reception who after a while was able to sort a room - on the second floor! Apologies but no other option. The reception lady did carry one of our bags for us. The room itself was fine, but the stairs were a problem and we were there for two nights so up and down several times. We managed but not good. We had to carry our bags down on check out - no help then. The cost was quite expensive bearing in mind room only, there was a cafe/restaurant/bar but no food as the chef had walked out apparently a few weeks ago and they've not been able to recruit a replacement.

Room was spacious & clean, bathroom also clean. Hotel doesn't now serve food but cafe & restaurant literally next door to the hotel

Unassuming from the outside but newly refurbished inside. Very comfortable. Staff unobsequiecially friendly and helpful. Will come again.

Hotel is centrally located. Room was spacious and clean.

The rooms were clean and spacious and had been recently renovated. Breakfast was delicious (but not included in the price). We enjoyed the musical jam session in then pub the evening we were there.

This place was a haven to us after a long road trip. Easy to park too. Great restaurant options and things to do nearby. The staff was great. Very nice place. Breakfast was great. Very roomy for the family. I would highly recommend.

Great location. Newly renovated rooms. Great staff in the restaurant and hotel. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Loch Lamond. It is close to many attractions.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough, fairly quiet (despite being next to a busy road), convenient and well located for local amenities, easy parking facilities and everything in the room worked. Add a good night's sleep and there really isn't to complain about.

Easy friendly check-in, easy parking, nice big room for 4 of us, could have slept 6.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The family room was clean and perfect for our needs. There were lots of choices on the breakfast menu and the restaurant had a homely atmosphere.
