Good But Not 4 stars hotels Ot only 2

Staff was fantastic, Albert took care of anything we needed. Breakfast was rotating buffet and traditional foods and fruits, the omelet bar was a perfect western addition. Crazy busy outside of hotel, but relatively quiet inside which was a welcome surprise. Restaurant was regularly out of certain items, but service was always excellent regardless. Rooms were very clean, beds were uncomfortable but to be expected - it’s not a Marriot. Tons of shopping downstairs in the adjoining mall which was nice. We felt secure most times, overall would stay there again with larger teams because there are various room options.

This was my first time visiting Kamala. This hotel was ideal for me. It is located in the city center and is walkable with a restaurants and stores at your fingertips. The hotel room was huge. At this price point the room was great value for money.

Poor customer service from the hotel, theres a guy called Harold hes the best though and very humble would solve almost everything.

In the heart of the city but unbelievable a quiet and a comfortable spot. Worth trying. Easy shopping at the foot of the building.

Breakfast options were many and varied. I particularly enjoyed the Pilau rice and the pan-seared pork.

Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast, centrally located, spacious affordable room, fast laundry service.

Nice place, hard bed

Beautiful, sparkling clean, an oasis! We had the deluxe suite with window so tons of space. It was quiet, very comfortable, and had all the amenities. Spacious shower with hot hot water ( and a shower curtain! Yay dry floor) also beside tables with lights And plugs, things you miss at other places. The breakfast was wonderful with many savory choices as well as yogurt, cereal, fruit, and many juices. The location was very convenient and the staff was very nice. It was a treat to stay here

Second time I’ve stayed and this hotel and I still really love it. It has everything you need, is super clean, rooms are large, bathroom is nice, and the staff are friendly. I also enjoy the brwakdast

Koki hotel is the place to lodge. From the rooms to the kitchen, all is perfect. I will clodge here again next July 2026. I can't dirget the security part of it. The hotel is directly opposite the Kampala Centeal police station. The hotel sitting on a fleet of stores, makes it easy fir one to change money and shop.

Koki was a great choice for us. The hotel security was good. Morning breakfast is great variety. We had the two bedroom suite and it was perfect for us. The room sizes were big. I will definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at the Koki Hotel. From the moment we checked in we were treated so well. All the staff and, especially the restaurant staff are wonderful.
