Très bon hôtel mais en été hyper bruyant la nuit Pas loin du marché aux poissons

Based on the apartment, everything is perfect or close to perfect. Size is enough for a family to stay , location is good to access everywhere , owner is friendly

L’environnement immédiat de l’hôtel es bruyant et très mal fréquenté. Par contre le personnel essaye de faire au mieux : Donc le personnel est professionnel et à l’écoute pour améliorer les conditions d’hébergement ( changement de chambre rendu indispensable : notamment à cause du bruit des climatiseurs concentrés côté cour . Du côté de Larue : Beaucoup trop de bruit -jour et nuit : Bagarres notamment la nuit et au petit matin : Beaucoup trop de bars Néanmoins l’hôtel est globalement plutôt correct : Petit déjeuner correct et les attentions des serveurs est en permenance

The room was terrible. The toilet was not functional and clean. The bed sheet was not clean. When I opened the AC an unpleasant odour came out and to finish we out a cockroach in the bathroom… never going there again.. but the staff were nice.

We have stayed at this hotel mid April 2026. We initially booked a king suite. The check in was quick but when we got into the room we noticed the bathroom was not properly cleaned... We found hair strands in the sink and even a cigarette but on the floor... We complained and they moved us right away to a family suite room on the same floor. This room was clean and bigger than the room we booked. The breakfast is great, with everything that you may think of. The coffee station was also nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the Arab league park, Mohammed V Square and Sacre Coeur church. The street and neighbourhood though were a bit sketchy with a lot of beggars and quite a big of street garbage... But we never felt unsafe. One downside of the hotel was that there was a smell of food coming from the hallways into the too every morning. The water was turned of completely two times during our stay for several hours. The elevator was quite old and small so sometimes we needed to wait a bit to get it. All in all, I would say that One Hotel Casablanca is a decent hotel, good value for the money. I would say that they need to be more attentive with the way the rooms are cleaned.

Chambre parfaite

La chambre était bien, le lit très confortable mais le problème était la douche qui était très petite, douche parapluie seulement et le renvoie ne fonctionnait pas bien et l'eau se ramassait partout sur le plancher .

Good location. Excellent staff. The shower door on my room didn't close properly and the bathroom and room got flooded. They were able to dry it in no time

The room was beyond expectations! The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Beat options in the buffet breakfast!
