Colorful and fun atmosphere. The speakeasy was also fun.

This was the worst experience ever and that's that we spent 99 percent of our time at the hospital with my daughter while she was giving birth to a beautiful baby girl. They not only overcharged us extremely but accused us for damages that were already there. Management refuses to reach out to me. $500 was charged to my daughters card with out permission.

Loved our stay here, My husband and I stayed a couple nights after a concert. Super comfortable and fun!

Charming, affordable hotel. Coffeemaker didn't work but that was our only issue.

It was my second time in town and when saw that hotel online I got curious. I discovered a modern fun place in this great neighborhood which made me enjoy this city even more. The staff was Amazing and very helpful.

Expedia took my $ no one could help me becouse my reservation was not in the system but my card was charged 119$ and the money was a complete loss plus’s the hotel did not look like the add

So many reasons to give this place 5 stars since it’s really one of a kind. Service checking in was amazing. Property could use some upkeep and popsicles were all squashed at popsicle hour. Room and extras were so cute! Had to request a car be moved to be able to park. Was sad that Dave didn’t help me look for a lost necklace- I had to come back and find it myself. Loved the golden banana.

A funky unique hotel that is within walking distance to a lot of boutique shopping and great restaurants.

Great place to stay! Never been to the ABQ before and stayed here two nights at the top of my trip and ended up staying for the final night since it was so great and convenient for me. Nob Hill area of Albuquerque was a great treat to find! Plenty of shopping, drinking, and eating around. The Zazz wall was awesome too! Be sure to tap the golden banana 🍌

The hotel itself was decent, the staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom seemed dingy and the shower did not drain properly. It was extremely loud with the upstairs tenants and outside noise.

Jefrey was really helpful. The owner was in when we check in and we didnt know who she was but very friendly and easy upgrades. Great dinning/breakfast/bar options and Jefrey even wrote them down for us before we ask him. The place was modern and quiet. Great locatuon walking distance to great shops and bar/restsurants...definitely coming back.

Zazz is a great motel with beautiful art and a fun atmosphere. We loved the location in Nob Hill and walked to all our meals. Restaurants around the hotel are delicious. Zazz is a motel where you can hear people coming and going as well as talking on the other side of the walls. However, rooms were comfortable and had coffee and a fridge. We were quite happy with our stay.

Very cute and eclectic place to stay. The speakeasy is a cute addition to the motel. The room is big with comfy mattress and pillows. Love the shower with large water head very convenient to wash long hair.

They turned party of an old hotel lobby into a makeshift bar. I’d hate to see what they called a spa? But the room was fine.

Staff is super friendly, helpful, and very easy to reach to. Fidele was able to address all of our concerns and is respectful to our schedules. Unfortunately the location is not ideal. We stayed for 3 nights and 2 out of the 3 we saw homeless wondering around and checking out the hotel yard. We heard one of them shout out swearing words in the middle of the night. The staff acted quickly and escorted the guy away but still, it is just how this neighborhood is unfortunately. Maybe consider putting up fences to help guard the hotel. My partner also complained about night traffic noise mainly because our room is closer to street. The shower water first came out rusty for a few second but resolved on its own. I assume we catch the hotel during the non peak tourist season and thus pipes are less used.

This is a great motel. It's called a hotel but it' really a motel. The renovation was well done. I am looking forward to going in the summer to use the pool.

Helpful staff, very welcoming, would stay there again.
