Great for our family of 6. We didn’t spend much time in the apt but it worked great for what we needed. Gated parking and keypad security lock to get into the building were nice.

Great & clean place to stay. Nearly by a lot attractions.

The unit was beautiful was cute and cozy but wasn’t clean. The floors were dirty, spider webs in the down stairs bathroom and the kitchen and downstairs bathroom smelled like mildew. The parking area was very challenging to park due to the small spaces. There shouldn’t be a cleaning fee if the units aren’t going to be cleaned for the next tenants.

The facility is very clean and easy to use. However, twice during my stay, I was in trouble because another car was parked in my parking lot. Cars and dogs are noisy at night.

En general bien, su lugar de estacionamiento es muy pequeño y cuesta mucho trabajo estacionarse. Los cuartos amplios y cómodos, solo a una de las bañeras se le caía la llave y otra no tenía una parte de la puerta. La localización es ideal.

We were a group coming overseas and they allowed us to drop off our luggages before check in. The cleaning lady is very nice and helpful. We had an internet issue after 12 midnight and still got a response from their support team. I gave 5 stars to all except for the condition of the property for a few reasons - 1. One of the ensuite shower’s window doesn’t have a privacy so we had to cover the window with anything we can find just to not be exposed. 2. The rooms upstairs has weird smell that we had to open our windows to let the fresh breeze in. 3. Some of the pillows need washing or replacement as it has yellow stains and it smells.

I like everything, the house was clean and great place to stay for vacations, I love it , I highly recommend it.

Out of the four days of stay, there was no hot water for a day (25 hours). I reported that hot water didn't come out in the morning, and I was waiting and had an outside schedule, so I went out and came back at night, but it didn't fix. It only leaves it to external repair companies, and they don't seem to be interested in managing the accommodation at all. Whether the guest is uncomfortable or not... I haven't given any information updates in advance, and only then do I give a rough answer if I make a claim. It was my worst travel experience because We couldn't wash it with warm water for two days, and it was an irresponsible accommodation with no reply to my request for a refund for the last day.

Logement quasi neuf. Grand et agréable. Bien équipé. Electromenager de qualité. Un peu de nourriture a été laissé à notre arrivée. Ça nous a bien dépanné. Petits bémols: le lit est double mais pas très grand. Quelques réparations sont un peu grossières. Les poeles et casseroles sont pour certaines très rayées, la nourriture colle.et c'est pas très sain. Outre ces petits details, très bien placé, sécurisé et au calme. Je recommande vivement.

La casa está muy cerca de los estudios, a 5’. Del muelle de Santa Mónica a 30, y de diferentes shopping (La Arbolada) a 35’. De Rodeo Drive, a 15’ , Beverly Hills, 15’. Todo en auto. El barrio no es de los mejores, de los top, es un barrio sencillo, con un supermarket Pavilions a 1 km, que tiene todo. La atención del staff es 10 puntos , tuvimos dos veces problemas con el wifi, y en el momento, a la hora , estaba solucionado. Es un punto a favor esto, muy importante. Recomendable.

Parking requires skills of samurai, and God save if you have Suv. Not unexpected but it's vertical home (in case you have old folks or small kids). It's clean but maintenance is bit shoddy. Laundry is outside in garage, and dusty. If you can adjust to these inconveniences, it's a good stay

This property is a scam. We lost all power during our night there so we had no hot water, no air conditioning, couldn’t reach our floor with the elevator and, worst of all, had our rental car stuck in the garage with no way to free it. There was no backup power, so even the fire emergency signs were off. Absolute fire trap, building code violations and zero communication. They refused to refund even a single dollar for this nightmare.

Delay in gaining entry. Very poor communication. People not answering phones or texts. Not anywhere enough cutlery and dinnerware especially bowls for 8 people for a unit booked for 10. Oven set smoke alarm off and could not reset. No response to alarm at all. No point in having. Had to completely dismantle units to stop noise. ONE TOASTER SMOKING. Poor response to all issues raised re alarm and lack of dinnerware. Had to resort to BUYING DISPOSABLE ITEMS. No bath mat in one bathroom. Not enough towels. Most significant issue if other points not enough; WERE LOCKED OUT OF APARTMENT LAST NIGHT AS BATTERIES WERE DEAD ON DOOR ENTRY. TOOK almost 1 1/2 hours for person to arrive. No.one picking up phone lines x 3 when called at 9:50 pm. Resorted to texting. Very slow response had to txt several times. We had 5 children in our party. THIS WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Were extremely tired by time we finally gained entry after being at theme park all day. I will be asking for significant refund for what is undeniably the worst stay ever.

Very spacious, we were very happy with the apartment. Communication was clear and timely. Loved that there was a private garage.
