Overall an okay property. Check out instructions from email were different from the ones in the provided package. One outlet did not work in the property. Sofa bed had stains on fabric covered by a blanket but overall property was very tidy. Did not respond to Expedia messages, you are better to call directly. Expedia description stated check in instructions would be sent via email, but instead it was sent via text with no clear identifying features as to the sender with two links which looks like spam. It was necessary to call the line to get the links to the pre check in form sent via email.

The property was beautiful with an awesome view. The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. If you plan to visit the CN tower, I highly recommend this property.

Stay was fabulous

The suite that don’t have onsite parking. Should clearly indicate that this unit does not have a parking spot but parking is available off site. When I searched for a place to stay the most important think was onsite parking which I included in

Beautiful, clean, great location !

This is our 2nd time staying in this building. Both times we found the reception/check in staff to be extremely unorganized and chaotic upon arrival. However this time our air conditioning unit stopped working and if you are in Toronto right now you know how WARM it is. I contacted the property through whatsapp and was told that the issue would be resolved by 9pm that night as the building was having maintenance done. Fair enough. Unfortunately that was not the case. They sent a maintenence person to check again the next day and he simply removed the filter, said it was jammed and he would inform the building. Nothing was resolved. We spent our 3 night stay in the heat and barely slept. On Monday, I decided to go up to the pool to try and cool off a little but the pool was also closed for the day. It was a disappointing stay. I wish we had just chosen a hotel nearby instead especially for the cost. Also, be prepared for 15+ minutes waittime just for an elevator when its busy time throughout the day!

RS boutique suites is in an excellent location, plenty of options for food anywhere from 10 -30 min walk , which for me was amazing, front staff is good ,however I do not like the procedure for checking in it's very lengthy and confusing, 1. contact the company over the phone , 2. Speak with a representative then send them a government piece of ID for confirmation, 3 confirming dtls through email / links , same for the deposit just imo very lengthy process , Once completed the front desk will issue a ( pouch ) with your room no# on it inside is your key , which has to be returned at the end of your stay , update to card pass , or room key with the no# on it .( simplicity) , i also had to wait 5 hrs for new face cloths and towels which i found super unprofessional, when speaking with the rep they advised that housekeeping was busy with other guest, which was not my fault .

The check-in was a bit of a hassle but it was our end. there are special instructions that are misread in the large text after you purchase the nights. otherwise the place was clean. the neighborhood was very lively and the walkable distance to the CN tower along with ripeley’s aquarium was a bonus!! The place is also very quiet! once you close the doors and blinds its like you can’t hear a thing! disposing the trash was also an ease! we were on the seventh floor and simply just had to bag the trash and throw it down the chute! the room also had every single thing you can use at home! we had a kitchen with fridge and freezer! we also enjoyed the washer and dryer! the bathroom was amazing but the showers are a bit crowded. but otherwise perfect for tall people! it also had a microwave with a toaster on the counter! it had everything you could possibly need! also there was cleaning supplies! I enjoyed my time staying so did the wife!

C'est une belle place, vous devez être sur de pouvoir faire votre enregistrement 24h a l'avance malgré qu' il sont super sympathique a parlé au téléphone et oui tout se fait via le téléphone le personnel en bas sont simplement la pour vous donner ou reprendre les clés. S.v.p vérifiée tout les email que vous recevrez car vous avez 300$ de dépôt et vous devez payer un stationnement qui est pas a l'hôtel et cela via un autre email qu'il vont vous envoyer mais c'est environ 15 a 30$ par jour mais il vous fourni un plan avec les prix si vous avez besoin.

The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom lights and sink faucet need some care. Location is ideal, nearby a grocery store, public transportation and main touristic spots.

Suite confort pour 3 personnes. Le divan-lit est très dur. D'ailleurs c'est le seul endroit où on peut s'asseoir, aucune chaises. Petit balcon avec belle vue, mais encore là pas de table ni chaises

Check in was not good, our reservation said check in was at 4pm and we were told we can not have the room till 5pm. Once we were able to get the room the guy at the front wasn’t friendly, he seemed more worried about what his coworkers were doing rather then the customers one front of him. Overall the room wasn’t terrible, it was clean and could be amazing. There were a couple holes in the walls and stuff stuck to the walls from the owners of the condo (I’m guessing that’s how they got there). The best part about the hotel was the roof top pool! Even tho very busy it had an incredible view and still lots of room for everyone up there. Checking out was a weird. I was emailed to send a picture of my room key via text when checking out (11am sharp or you get charged) I received a call at 1130 asking if I checked out even tho I sent the text with the pictures. I would stay again just because of the location and the roof top pool, but I’ll still look for other places first.

Everything was just sooo good i love it and really enjoy while stay there.

The beds and pillows was very uncomfortable bed is very low, the rooms was very hot at night and the bathroom door don’t work well we got lock out two times and it was hell to get it to open back,the only thing that was good about the stay is that it’s in the heart of Toronto you can walk to everything you need….
