This was was my first time at this hotel and I was happy that I chose it. The staff was so pleasant, professional and helpful. The food they prepared each day was excellent. The room and hotel itself was very clean. The was secure and quiet.

The staff were amazing. The hotel was clean and everyone sowed the utmost of courtesy. The food was also great every morning. The staff ensured that they met all my needs and resolved issues swiftly. I will definitely notify stay there again!

The room was fine and clean, the staff nice and polite. One staff remembered me from last year, so double greeting.

My stay was the 2nd time at this property and it was more pleasant than the 1st. Staff were courteous always - Wuraola, Cynthia, Bassey and Godwin really did a good job with their service. Room service was awesome too. The breakfast options can be much improved tho. Asides that, I enjoyed my time at this hotel. I would be visiting again. :)

The pictures don't tell the true story. The room wasn't clean. Bed was uncomfortable- fet like something was biting me throughout the night. Slept very badly.

I have stay for only 2 days while i payed online for 6 nights. I asked for a refund but they are totally in a mess, not even willing to listen my voice. Again i sincerely asking for a refund for the services which i didn't use. I know this is something odd,i can accept a deduction from the 4 days as service payment or penalty. With regrets,. I stayed at the Ivy for 28 days, it was amazing. The staff are all so friendly and very efficient. I plan on going back in November, I enjoyed it so much

The staff is wonderful. Each team member was professional and happy to attend to our needs.

They were not prepared for us the first night, we stayed in an old room that wasn’t very cleaned, one of the help desk staff was rude to my husband. Every other thing was fine. It was our second time here.

I stayed here for a little over 2 weeks, friendly staff, clean hotel, nice outside area, would definitely recommend or stay at again.

This hotel was really nice and clean. The customer service was excellent. Any issues we had they addressed it immediately. The food was good.

A nice and comfortable hotel. Did not have the breakfast but other family members said it was a good and tasty spread. The air-conditioning was not really cool and there was a leak in the wash basin in the bathroom that was not fixed till I left. I had to put the bin under the sink to collect water. Request for toilet roll was ignored. The porters were helpful and polite as were the security at the gate.
