We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The front staff were lovely and welcoming, the restaurant staff were too and the chefs. The pool was gorgeous with a nice view. Great location for the Corniche and Souqs with a few handy convenience shops and restaurants at the back.

Staff were wonderful! Breakfast was good and location is close to everything. The room was a little outdated and the water hose connected to toilet had terrible water pressure. Fridge was plug in but it did not work. I would not recommend or stay here again.

La photo de la piscine sur le site de réservation est flatteuse par rapport à la réalité rencontrée ! Le petit déjeuner est à améliorer pour accueillir de façon satisfaisante une clientèle européenne. Le service d'étage est à revoir dans sa globalité ! (Pour information, lors d'une chambre à blanc, il faut vérifier derrière les tables de nuits et derrière le lit)...c'est la base de notre métier.

The hotel is in a very convenient location (walking distance to souk waqif and a metro station). The rooms are a decent size and quiet, with some nice views if you're on the right side. Breakfast was a little disappointing - not bad, but could be a lot better.

A equipe foi muito atenciosa. O hotel fica próximo ao Souq Wakif e aos Museus. Varias atrações turísticas podem ser alçancadas em uma curta caminhada. O quarto estava limpo e o café da manhã é bom. Possui pratos típicos além do clássico. Oquarto esrava limpo e o café da manhã era bem

Zimmer war groß und allgemein schön. Nur in einigen Winkeln hätte es ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war top.

The room was nice and the sheets were clean, but the bathroom was tiny and all of the towels were stained and dirty even when we requested new ones. There was no shampoo in the shower and when we requested shampoo from the female receptionist, I think her name was nova. She ignored our request and was very rude to us.

Didn’t want me to pay cash. No true coffee for breakfast and little little space in the breakfast room. Impossible to call the reception as is always busy
