très bel hotel, propre etbon accueil, super petit déjeuner, mais il n'y a absolument rien autour, nous sommes contraints de manger dans les restaurants de l'hotel plutot médiocre et très cher sans plat traditionnel ou typique du Maroc.

I gave 1 star to the conditions of the hotel (despite being wonderful) and I'll explain why. The room we were assigned was splendid when seen from the outside. It has a sand garden with 2 chairs, a coffee table, a rocking chair and 2 soft puff type armchairs. We arrived at the entrance consisting of a large sliding door and it practically did not open. This is because being rooms near the beach, the fixtures fill with sand and block the slide. They changed rooms trying to clean the fixtures but the problem still existed. Luckily my husband made an effort, he was able to slide it a little so that he could at least get in. The room is beautiful in all its components, just 5 stars. Second problem. The vater is placed in a small room and this is really good. The fact is that entering the room there is an unbearable stench of sewage even with the window open and this is because I am sure that the plumbing work done is wrong as far as the siphons are concerned. I'm sure if we went to other rooms, the problem existed there as well.

Nice facilities and great service, friendly and attentive

Great place by the beach ( No Swim Sign though), however, they offer an alternative beach at an affiliate resort that is nice. No AC when it gets hot, just the ceiling fans. The residence is set up nicely and great for families.

Let me start by saying how amazing the staff are. I want to thank Ms Jamila, the receptionist, for the warm welcome and treating my family and i as royalties. Thank you for the owner of Tulum for being caring and checking on us daily to make sure we didn't need anything. I will definitely be back. Recommend 100%

This hotel is a very special place - the staff provide outstanding service, the food is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We will always remember our wonderful stay and the sound of the ocean as we slept each night. We highly recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellente séjour. Le personnel est très professionnel, prévenant, aimable et discret. Adresse à retenir en ce qui me concerne. On reviendra très prochainement…

Personnels magnifiques juste un peu lent mais a l'affût de se rattraper a chaque imprévus les propriétaires sont adorable aussi merci pour tout.
