お部屋が思っていたよりも広くて快適でした♪ ランドリーを使用させてもらったのですが、乾燥機に100円分(30分)しか入らず...30分待ってまたコインを入れに行くことに...まとめて入れれたらありがたかったですwそれ以外は、最高のお宿でした！

It was a great little place! Good walking distance to the market and other places.

Great stay for a family of 5, with 3 older kids. 10-15 minute walk to different subway options depending where you’re headed. Room was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. 15 minute walk to Nishiki Market which was filled with shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Nice clean room with no laundry machine in room. Kitchen had stove and microwave and kettle with pots and plates and cutlery. Nice sitting area to eat.

Very spacious unit

Rooms were very spacious the kitchen included the necessities for prepping a quick meal, comfortable bed, shower and tub was spacious, laundry on site was a huge plus after traveling for several days. I would absolutely stay there again.

Check-in was bit tedious. Online listing mention room cleaning services but we were told they don’t clean rooms mid stay. Room had ample facilities. They can empty garbage on request. Would’ve expected a little better

Localização cenytral mas ainda assim a única atração próxima é o castelo Nijo. Prepare-se para usar Uber para visitar as outras atrações em Kyoto. A estação de metrô mais próxima também é distante. Tem loja de conveniência próxima pra abastecer o frigobar. A limpeza é feita somente a cada 4 dias. Eu fiquei 5 e não houve serviço de quarto em nenhum dia.

Excellent room and services for the price, but way to thin matresses. That can be forgiven since everything else was 10/10, but should be fixed.

Fint hotell, bra beliggenhet, god service. Eneste vi ikke var fornøyde med var at køyesengene på familierommet var ekstremt harde. Kun en tynn madrass på hard flate, slik at du kjente treverket på sengen når du la deg ned. Ellers bra!

The room was amazing we loved the staff, location

A nice place to stay. Friendly staff (when you see them as mostly digital check in etc). Only problem we had was that there are 24 hour washing machines on floor 3. While the machines are not too loud (though you can hear them - I was awakened to the sound of the washing machines at 3:15am one morning.), invariably people make noise coming to and from the washing machine. One person even had a long chat on their phone (in speaker mode!) while waiting for their wash to finish. This service should be time restricted - maybe 7am-10pm. 24 hr operation near guest rooms feels like a bad decision. EDIT: I was awakened to the sound of the washing machines at 3:15am this morning. 24 Washing Machines near guest rooms feels like a bad decision.

The property it self is great. The room is very spacious. Staff is friendly. Walking distance to everything. Location is in the neighborhood area so very quiet and safe. Will definitely come back and recommend.
