This hotel offers very satisfactory service; the staff is attentive, the breakfast buffet is very good and plentiful, I highly recommend it .

Not touristy ... gave me a flavor for the sort of hotel that an Ethiopian businessman or vacationing family would likely stay, in contrast to a internationally-branded hotel. Well maintained and well stocked. Staff very friendly and helpful: arranged an excellent all day city tour for us. Breakfast was simple, and more to local than to international tourist taste -- adequate but not outstanding.
