Our stay was very comfortable—the room was clean, spacious, and the beds were cozy. The check-in and check-out process was fully automated, which was smooth and convenient. Most communication with staff happened through text, and they were quick to respond and helpful throughout. The only area for improvement would be to address certain issues more promptly, rather than waiting for housekeeping staff to handle them later.

Excelente ubicación, limpieza y comodidad. La única pega es que se estropeó el ascensor y tenías que ir por las escaleras de emergencias a las que no podías acceder sin llamar al hotel. Fue un poco complicado si no te lo explican. Por lo demás, todo muy muy bien.

very modern and best location in the city

Hôtel en plein centre, très bien placé pour visiter la vieille ville. Attention on ne peux pas accéder l’hôtel en voiture. Chambre pas très grande, bien et confortable . Personnel très réactif en cas de problème. Restauration tout autour . Parking public pas loin.

Property was great, it was a hostile so there was no staff but in the morning time, you could catch someone in the hallways and get extra towels or water if needed. Amazing location, right in the center of town amazing restaurants, and bars nearby.

Grossartiger Service und immer per WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, die Zimmer gross und geräumig. Würde sofort wieder buchen.

Over all nice area to stay in. Just about everything is in walking distance.

Excellent experience

The check in process was easy and straight forward. They offered to store our luggage as we got there earlier than the check in time and I really appreciated the gesture. Room was clean and I felt that our needs were met. The location can’t be beat and there are lots of dining options. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to Valencia.

Super close to the square, check in was easy, overall great choice.

Super central, easy to get to metro and walk around the city, easy check in/out, all computerised and no service desk, but I don’t mind that at all.

Perfect for our short stay in Valencia - check-in was super easy, the room was spotless, central and walkable to the center, cafes and restaurants. Public parking was 15 euro / day.

Sadly electronic room key did not work when we returned after an evening meal despite it correctly opening communal entrance and security panel in elevator It took 90 minutes for the local representative to open the locking mechanism and place us in a new room - very frustrating- otherwise comfortable and very convenient location

Great location, 4 minute stroll from the Metro line from the airport, 50m from a beautiful square, minutes from loads of attractions, bike hire next door, cafes, bars, etc. all around. Nespresso machine (new pods and water and biscuits each day), comfy bed, quiet and safe. I had an issue at check-in that was quickly and painlessly resolved by Expedia and the Hotel. Great service. Really nice en-suite and a nice room all round (room 4). Amazing value for money.

Unbeatable location!!!! Large and comfortable room with excellent amenities. Check in was easy and quick and excellently explained in the email we received beforehand. We were able to leave bags at the office on our last day so we could finish our sightseeing and it was easy to find and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the Nalu boutique rooms!

Super locatie overal dichtbij, zeer netjes. Alleen wat gehorig voor geluid op de gang en andere kamers. Zeker wel een aanrader!

Safest I’ve ever felt in a hotel room. Very modern. Toiletries provided, bottles water and coffee. Perfect location. I would certainly stay again.
