Amazing as always - I stay here a lot and can’t fault the rooms, staff and location!

Vi hadde et utmerket opphold. Kort vei til alt. Trivelig hotell. Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Veldig kjekt med plass å sitte ute, både på forsiden og i restauranthagen. Vi hadde rom ut mot parken og trafikken, men merket veldig lite til trafikkstøy. God seng, var det og.

Lovely hotel, good choice of room types, very helpful staff. Only downside was we arrived late and there was no late room service.

Room was good. Bar/reception area crammed full of remote workers having meetings which made it difficult to find a seat and enjoy a relaxing drink. On returning at 11.05 expecting to be able to enjoy a nightcap, we were told the bar was closed. Breakfast staff were efficient but a little offhand - and again the area was populated by remote workers so you felt that you were in someone’s meeting whilst having breakfast. In short, fine if you want a work overnight, but would avoid if not.

The ac was very effective even during mid to high 30 weather. Made the night very comfortable. I'll definitely come here again if i need to stay in the area

Hey the place is not a bad place to stay at, but we did text thru the Expedia app that we need to cancel one day on our reservation 5 days prior, they never responded to our message, when we did text them on the same app for the crib for a babe they didn’t respond but made sure it was in the room and charged us for it, not satisfied that they don’t respond to customer

Amazing property. Loved the interiors. Very well kept and hygienic. Clean and neat. Good sized rooms. Great bar and restaurant also. Very close to the train station making it very convenient. Highly recommend this place.

Couldn't fault the hotel. Lovely room overlooking the oark. Comfortable and clean. I wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of nights as very little clothes storage other than a rail and hangers, but absolutely perfect for a weekend

We absolutely love this hotel! In fact, we loved it so much the first time we stayed there that we booked it again for another trip. Can’t recommend it enough!!

The hotel rooms are lovely, the hotel is clean and the service in the restaurant and bar areas really good. During my stay, however, there was a power cut late on the evening and power was still not restored to the lights in the room by the time I left the hotel around 12 hours later. When I told the reception staff on leaving it simply wasn’t acknowledged.

We booked close to our stay because another hotel let us down. Very happy with the Hoxton as our alternative, we had a lovely welcome at reception, the room was immaculate and looked newly refurbished. Our only criticism was that the showerhead contrived to spray the entire bathroom even with the door properly closed. The hotel was very conveniently located close to the Shepherds Bush Market tube and the Empire theatre
