It was a wonderful experience overall. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the food, cleanliness, and services were all excellent.

Hotel has clearly had a recent refurbishment undertaken and everyone has been done to a very high standard. Facilities throughout are excellent. Staff at the reception area are very helpful. However, some of the waiting staff within the restaurant area were very poor and took a long time to bring water or the invoice at the end of the meal. It was effectively impossible to get any beverages apart from water with dinner. I found the staff working in the gym area to be rude and confrontational for no reason.

All Staff are friendly and kind,food was amazing ..it made our vacation more enjoyable,looking forward to stay again😊Thank you
