It was great!

Pour le prix que nous avons payé considérant la localisation exceptionnelle, c'était parfait. Sinon, je ne choisirais pas ce type d'hébergement en temps normal. C'est vieillot, la télécommande pour la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait des meubles endommagés. Gros Bonus par contre! Le lit était super confortable. Il s'agit d'un hôtel sans personnel à la réception ce qui est un peu unique. Les communications avec l'hôtel étaient très fluides et le processus d'enregistrement et de départ étaient très faciles. Une expérience d'une nuit ok...mais je ne resterais pas là pour un séjour plus long ( par exemple 2 jours ou plus). Qualité/Prix = ok

The room had comfortable bed and pillows, it was clean and had all amenities I needed. Highly recommend. Great value for money. Walk to everything Quebec City has to offer from this location.

Two frustrating things about this place-- 1) - no staff around to help when there are questions. Phoning for assistance is not an ideal solution. 2) parking - the place is advertised as having a very small parking lot right behind the building. There were 4 empty spaces when we arrived but after "phoning" for assistance, we were informed that we had to park at a city parking lot about 4 blocks away. These spaces were being saved for their sister hotel across the street. In the morning, those "saved" spaces were still empty. The room itself was okay - beds were comfortable and clean but the shower had no floor mat and it was like standing on slippery ice. There was no place to put down the soap, or deal with shampoo etc except to leave it on the floor of the shower and bend over and pick it up every time you wanted to rinse off. Electrical plugs had been tampered with and plugs fell out easily. Friends were on the 4th floor and their room was not in great shape either. If the place is being renovated then get it done before renting it out to unsuspecting travelers. Sorry to be so negat

The sink was plugged, and didn’t get cleared. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very rude staff

I arrived after the office was closed, but had my keys easily accessible. Parking was a stretch, but I knew that before I got there.

There were no onsite staff just phone numbers or I found out I could go to another of their hotels located down the street. Had not been advised of this prior. There were 3 hooks on the wall instead of hangers or a clothes rack it was on ground floor and window looked into parked cars and an emergency stairwell. Front entrance had a rather beat up door and dead plants in window box. This place looked nothing like online

This was a decent place to stay. Rooms were quite small but we were only there to sleep anyway. A few notes if you are going to stay there - in the 2 seperate rooms we were in the sink is not in the bathroom, it is right beside the bed. Not a problem for us but maybe tor some. Also there is no front desk or staff at the hotel, but just about 50 metres away is the sister hotel Acadia. If you have any needs/concerns you can go there and they will glady assist ie- luggage storage, key problems, ice... Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location just inside walled part of old town which allowed easy access to things in city outside of the old part .

on entend les autres chambres beaucoup, j'ai du quitter toute la soirée pour ne pas entendre le couple baiser à côté de ma chambre, la chambre est belle, le balcon est en pietre état, le bain est minuscule. voilà

It's good for a short stay in Quebec City. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. The room was clean and the pressure was good in the shower. The box spring mattress was not the most comfortable. There is no staff, which was perfectly fine for us, but keep that in mind if that's not what you're looking for.

We stayed 3 nights and for what we needed (a bed and a shower) it was fine. Code and key cards worked well. Staff were very responsive to our text messages. Visitors must be prepared to carry luggage to the 3rd floor (no elevator), we were ok with this. Location was good, close to restaurants and a reasonable walking distance to sites in Old Quebec. Some noticeable noise from people in other suites. A table/shelf on the sink side of the bed would be appreciated. Also extra hooks for towels at the sink and in the shower area, shelves near the shower for supplies and towels, and a recycling bin ♻️ Safety wise, please inspect the fire extinguisher across the hall from room 451, last done in 2022!

Room was clean, but a little worn in. There is no on site parking, but there is a garage about 5 minutes away with reasonably priced parking. There is no receptionist, so you just check in on your own, and there is nobody around to help if you need it, however you can message the property owner and they’ll respond relatively quickly. Our room had an AC, but the remote had dead batteries, and once we replaced them it didn’t work very well, it got pretty hot in the room. Overall still a solid hotel, it was clean, had everything we needed, and its location is amazing, close by everything you’d want to see in Old Quebec.

Comunicação horrível, tendo em vista que os responsáveis só atendem por ligação telefônica. O retorno da comunicação pelo site de reserva é muito atrasado e ruim, além disso, não fazem uso de aplicativos como WhatsApp. Usuários sem disponibilidade de sinal roaming terão sérios problemas para comunicação. O cancelamento do meu voo ocasionou atraso no meu check-in. Mesmo diante disso, o hotel não aceitou alteração ou cancelamento da estadia, e ameaçou declarar "no show". O banheiro é amplo, mas não dispõe de pia com torneira, que estranhamente fica ao lado da cabeceira da cama. Inacreditável. Mobília muito velha e pouco funcional, prejudicando o trânsito no quarto, já pequeno. O silêncio da redondeza é prejudicado pelo barulho do ar condicionado do quarto. Não há acessibilidade na área comum do prédio. Não indicado para pessoas com locomoção limitada. A funcionária responsável pela limpeza foi muito prestativa. Por ser uma região muito central, não há estacionamento público ou privado nas imediações. Em suma, preço alto por boa localização, mas com baixíssima qualidade.

Belle emplacement et pratique. Encore un peu de travail à faire mais une très belle bâtisse. Pour une nuit c’était parfait. Nous n’avons pas été en mesure de faire fonctionner l’air conditionné . Le personnel fut très polis, courtois et serviable. Merci à vous.

Room was very small, bed access is tight, 3 hooks were missing, toilet seat was semi detached, shower door didn’t close, no electrical outlet near the desk. Very good location, parking was good.

Parking was not necessary, advertising should state there is no elevator, did not need air and heating was not good.
