Overall a great stay. Convenient to everything and a good amount of space. Well maintained. Just a little trouble getting in the front door when we arrived.

While the actual place was nice enough, there were way too many things that made it difficult. Upon arrival, none of my codes worked and I was locked out. They also sent me different codes for different rooms, one being occupied. Once I got in it was okay; however, someone who may have worked there tried to get into my room. Overall, the location is great, but you gotta have patience with this place.

The property is new, clean, and very spacious! The location is awesome! There are only a few things that i wish were a bit better: - the walls are very thin so we could hear everything the neighbors were doind and everyone who was walking or opening/closing the doors in the main hallway. - although the bed sheets and towels were washed, there were a few stains that the detergent didnt remove. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, location, and all the nee amenities!

I like this place because it was comfortable to stay and near walking distances to the University and museum. There was many restaurants to choose from. Also, walking distance from the Amtrak station was a big plus.

I am a 78-year-old male joining the millennial generation in staying at hotels without on-site management. Liked the price and the kitchen and washer/dryer. The unit was spacious (for one person), the bathroom new and clean and the television was great. What I did not like was the lack of room-darkening shades (there were shades, but the room was not dark), the 6AM garbage pickup that shortened my night's sleep, the very soft bed and heating system (a single unit for the apartment). During a cold spell, I had to turn the temperature to 75 degrees to warm the sleeping area. After making the reservation, I received daily e-mails saying that there was a problem with my credit card. Despite 2 calls to the 800 number, I continued to receive e-mails despite verbal reassurances that all was in order. So a mixed review - excellent facility, but challenges with the reservation process.

Our room was clean and neat when we arrived. Everything is in walking distance except a grocery store. Getting into the building with our code was a disaster. We were given different check in times, so our code would not work. Everyone we met had the same problem. They tried to fix it remotely which took 4 separate phone calls. Our code finally worked after 45 minutes after our check in time. Not into the ultra modern look. The furniture is not comfortable. 60” flat screens in each bedroom is overkill. It’s not as affordable as I thought it would be. The added cost of the parking garage made it more expensive then staying at a normal hotel. I would not recommend this place.

The hotel was great once we were able to get into the building. The door code that was sent did not work and it took 45 minutes to navigate it between an online dashboard that didn't work and a call center that took 7 minutes to pick up. Once in the hotel, it was great. Clean comfortable, no frills in a way that is great.

Excellent location. I had all restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks. The place is quiet and clean. I loved the safety feeling and how responsive the staff was.

It's OK.

Place was very well placed and convenient. Doors slam really loudly and walls are thin so it can really be loud. Also, wish there were more amenities - ie lotion

Gteat option if you need one for 18 year olds traveling alone to visit campus. Worked great and clost to canpus.

Arrived at the location with the pin stated in the email. Entered the pin but didn’t work. Had to call and talk to a Rep to get let into the building. Arrived in our room and the bed looked like someone had just left from sleeping in the bed right before we arrived. We had to make our own bed with the blankets and sheets we found in the closet inside of a bag. Toilet seat was dirty and so was the Faust in the restroom. We had to clean the toilet with sanitizing wipes before use. We are from 3 hours away and my wife just had a 2 day stay at the hospital then we arrived to all this

Location is great, but: Very sharp broken shards of plastic were all over the living area carpet when we checked in, the tv remote was covered in sticky residue (no cleaning spray provided as in past stays), the heat was set to 75 degrees so the room was much too warm, and the hall was so loud with people slamming doors and talking we barely slept (sound proofing doors and adding door closers would go a long way to improving quality). The bathroom door didn't close and the bedroom door hid the light switch. We also saw two sets of guests struggle to see the unlit user-unfriendly keypads at the door and in the elevator.

The unit itself is solid. However, there are clearly some growing pains here. 1. The check-in process was a mess. We had to upload pictures of our credit cards multiple times for verification. 2. The WiFi wasn't working. Had to get put on another network not listed in the instructions. 3. The elevator was broken/stalled on the fifth floor multiple times. 4. The equipment in the gym (beside free weights) where broken. All of it. Solid room, solid location. Everything else was pretty bad...
