EXCELLENT. Never disappoints that’s my stay every time we head to Houston for work. Friendly staff clean hotel overall.

Enjoyed my 3 night stay, very affordable. Room was clean and well-lit, had a fridge, microwave, TV with cable, desk, and couch, in addition to the bed. Bathroom was clean, too. Hardworking couple runs the place. I will say, the neighborhood is a bit blighted, but I had no problems. Bus service is okay around the area, too. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in Htown.

I appreciated the discounted rate at this location. In general it was clean and had the essentials. I did receive a towel that had a stain on it. But all in all a good stay!

The property and room itself was great and spacey. The area isn't the best and like other complains. There's trains that come early I'm morning if that bothers you. Other than that, you can't beat the price and quality.

Room clean but area was not inviting and the trolley train goes by right in front of bulding

The attendant was very rude and he tried charging me extra for everything. He made me feel uncomfortable while i was there. He made me close the window because it was raining even though the rain was no where near the window and he also demanded for me to open the door just to see what we were doing
