An amazing location. Very well maintained. Awesome staff that was very helpful. Room was very clean and everything maintained well.

Weak internet in our room. Close to waterfront, shops and restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and the breakfast was fresh everyday. Highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Porto!

Nice room, nice staff but amenities were very weak - especially considering the cost of the room. Kleenex was only provided upon request! The hotel is in the historic district. The area is overrun by tourists, thus the high price for the room. Also, while the doors lock at night, the elevators don’t have a key access so anyone can get to any floor. Nice enough but I wouldn’t stay there again for the price, location, and lack of security.

Staffs were great: friendly, communicate well, pay attentions and very helpful. We unexpectedly got a bottle of champagne and chocolate cakes for our anniversary delivered to our room. Great location, nearby good restaurants and attractions.

This is a lovely hotel. Excellent location, beautiful rooms, good breakfast. I had a couple of issues with my first room and Sergio went above and beyond to move me to another one. Amazing service!

Beliggenheden var helt perfekt, personalet var virkelig hjælpsomme og morgenmaden var helt i top. Værelset var lille, men virkelig godt udnyttet og nyrenoveret.

Front desk was very helpful with showing and explaining everything in the room.The room was large and well appointed with only downside was the view was of people in the alley at eye level. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and alot of choices. Front desk also hepled with a map of sightseeing and places of interest.

Location, style, cleanliness and staff were beyond excellent!

The hotel was in an ideal location, close to everything. It was clean and we asked for a quiet room, and it was really quiet so able to get good sleep. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Definately recommend this hotel.
