Great location and good value for money.

O quarto era muito confortável com chuveiro muito bom. A equipe de limpeza era bem eficiente. Tanto no check-in como no check-out as equipes foram atenciosas e quando solicitada informação eram bem prestativos.

Sound proof windows would help some. Working air conditioning would be great. Horrible nights rest.

Destacar al personal del hotel que es muy amable, pero el calor dentro de la habitación no era normal, estando en la habitación 320 no pude descansar bien ya que cerca hay un ruido zumbrante de alguna ventilación/motor continua. Por lo tanto o abres la ventana y te jodes del ruido o te asas de calor, ya que tuve que pedir por favor que encendieran el aire pero si lo hicieron no se notó nada, en fin una lástima.

The location is fantastic, probably the best in the whole town. Decent breakfast and services in general. One important downside was that it hasn’t got parking though

Fantastic location near the Basilica, cathedral, Roman ruins, and old town. Clean and a good price. You can hear a lot of street noise all night long -could use some upgraded windows. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. And the cafe had delicious pastries and tortilla.

Hotel com ótima localização. Do lado da praça do Pillar e perto de todos os outros principais pontos turísticos da cidade. O quarto é amplo e confortável. O café da manhã é fraco é melhor optar por uma opção fora do hotel. Na região existem vários bares e restaurantes.

Tudo foi bom, menos o ar condicionado que só a recepção q tem o controle, muito desagradável essa parte que jamais tinha visto em outro hotel.

•Desejum muito simplório pelo preço que cobram! Valor é alto pela quantidade de ítens e qualidade dos produtos. Uma única máquina de café e 1/2 dela sem funcionar. Máquina bem velha. • A localização do hotel é bem privilegiada, porém para viajantes acima dos 50 anos ou com dificuldade que estejam de carro, vale lembrar que o Hotel não tem estacionamento. É preciso deixar o carro no Parketing e vir até o hotel com as malas.

Be aware that parking is not at the hotel. I was stopped by the police looking for the parking.

Accueil particulièrement aimabe, situation de l'hotel exceptionnelle, proche de la Basilique et le la Cathédrale, proche du Casco Viejo, del Tubo, chambres propres et entretien parfait durant le séjour. Rapport qualité/ prix intéressant. A recommander.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean room and good location.

We stayed in Zaragoza for 2 nights and we like the hotel’s proximity to everything. We enjoyed the breakfast, the only thing was their coffee machine was busted but we still got our free coffee from the coffee shop located inside the hotel. We paid €12.50 per person for breakfast and it was worth it because they served a decent variety of food daily. Our room was clean but a bit noisy because of the restaurants close by and they were open til late at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at Don Jaime and we highly recommend this hotel.
