Nice spot for the beach

出張で２週間宿泊しました。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ無く、とても生活しづらい環境でした。ベッドメイキングしてくれる人に差があり、きれいにしてくれる日と、してくれない日があります。設備が貧相なため、二度と使いません。 唯一いいところは受付の人は感じよく対応してくれるところです。

The view from our room was incredible. We absolutely loved the location of the hotel. Staff were all fab. They couldn’t do enough to help. We had a child and a disabled man in our party and the staff all made sure they were looked after and enjoyed the stay. It was noisy on the Sat evening, but that was not the hotel’s fault, it was a result of the fab location! Gluten free breakfast available for my son and he loved it. We’d love to return. Thank you

Pleasantly surprised. Nice small hotel. Room and bathroom were a nice size and clean. Only stayed one night and didn’t use bar or have breakfast. But would book again.

God Pizza! Hyggelig personale.

Lovely greeting by staff, clean, well proportioned rooms, nicely decorated room, bathroom good. Parts of the building could do with a freshen up but right on the seafront, near town, shops, restaurants. Didn’t try the food but attentive bar staff made my drink how i wanted it.

Great welcome from the gentleman on reception. Location of the hotel was brilliant and the added bonus of carparking at £6 per 24 hours was a bonus. Lovely room overlooking the beach was lovely, but carpet quite stained given the room was advertised as deluxe. The shower had a large panel in the base which during your shower would start to float, my partner looked underneath it and there was quite a lot of sand (not from us) Meaning the shower tray filled quickly. The big plus was the air con! With the current heat levels it was great to come back to a chilled room which allowed us to sleep really well. Although we didn’t use it, there a nice little eating area and bar next to reception. Another plus was the seating area outside the hotel which was in the shade in the evenings, one night there was also music. Mustn’t forget the lift which was appreciated muchly 👍 Lovely hotel, great location, will stay again.

Staff good, actual place could do with a feel clean. Corridors dirty and room very basic. Kettle took approx 15mins to boil with the lowest amount of water possible! Could do with a fridge as water provided but warm. No point in buying own drinks as they would suffer the same! Ok for a couple of nights but would look somewhere else in the future.

It was a really lovely hotel, really lovely staff great location. The only downside is that there is some street noise. It would defff stay there again tho.

Clean room but tiny friendly staff near beach

An unfortunate start to our stay in a very mediocre "standard" double room. The TV did not work, despite a staff member trying to sort it-& was left to the next day as already early evening. This room was "tired" and small. The hotel is an old Victorian hotel, sprawling with work being done. (There was scaffold to be seen from the window & some "works" noise heard during working hours, but faint.) The lift was old, but worked fine and lighting worked on a sensor... not always quite light & the passage was often dim as no daylight. The communal carpets were old and visible dust accumulation along the edges and at corners to doorways. We asked if the TV was noted for fixing at reception the next morning, and this was confirmed. We sat in the dining room and waited for breakfast as I was told by a staff member that I did not need to book just come down and "we will sort you". A sparse continental breakfast buffet was on display and I helped myself to an apple and yoghurt. (I was pleased there was plain greek yoghurt- but the bowl was enough for one generous helping... maybe 2! There was 1 banana and some apples, red and green, pastry, bread and cereal. (None which we eat due to being diabetic.) We didn't wait to have the cooked choice. The coffee was good. On checking at midday about the TV, it was not fixed and we were upgraded to a seafront room. Large &great view, apart from the trek... which included a few short staircases. Asda on JustPark has cheap parking if you can walk
