Good hotel in the center of Nikosia with nearby bigger municipal parking and good access to business and historical places of the city. Even on check in there were some misunderstands with reception trainee staff related to arranging the bill according to my company travel documents requirements, on check out everything was solved by hotel management in very professional and friendly way. Great place to have breakfast or just coffee in roof restaurant. Really good place for Nicosia where stay some time is the challenge.

Un buon Hotel per chi si deve fermare qualche giorno per lavoro. Vicino al centro offre la possibilità di uscire e trovare subito ristoranti e locali. Peccato la mancanza di una sala GYM e la colazione decisamente scadente

Hotell var bestilt i god tid før ankomst - og da ut ifra gitt presentasjon fra Hotels.com. Ankom hotell ganske forskjellig ift presentasjon. Havnet i rom i etasje 2 på under 20 m2 - som lå med direkte innsyn til meget aktiv byggeplass (ca 6 m) - fra tidlig morgen. (Kan oversende videodokumentasjon) Var i Nicosia ifm viktig arr. og skulle klart ha mottatt varsels/informasjon om dette ifm bestilling gjennom Hotels.com - slik man her kunne ha fått ordnet med alternativ løsning - event alternativt holtell. Mener dette er en forventing man bør kunne ha, når man som fast kunde velger å konsekvent bestille gjennom Hotels.com. Hvilket ansvar Hotels.com mener å skulle ha i slik sammenheng, ville være greit å få avklart - spesielt når man her velger å stole på en rimelig god kvalitetssikring for oss som stamkunder.

Staff excellent, room very clean, good breakfast. There is no desk in the room so difficult to use a laptop. Lighting is very confusing. We were not told about roadworks outside the hotel so it was very noisy, I think they still have a couple of months before it is finished.

Location is excellent for exploring Nicosia

The hotel is in a great it is refurbished and the breakfsst is good. The downside is that the rooms ate small. The sink is in the bedroom and the showerr/loo is tiny. Nowhere to put toiletries. There is alsi a ratherdubious looking cafe at the back. Nothing to do with the hotel,staff saidlocation for exploring Nicosia. This is definitely a 3 star hotel. The construction outside is noisey and restricts easy access. It is centrally located in old town. The hotel has tried to modernize but does need maintenance. Once issue with shower head was identified it was fixed. The staff are exceptional, in particular Deborah, Stella, Trisha, Sarah and nikoplos (sorry misspelled). They are guest oriented very helpful and gracious.

Nice hotel with great breakfast room and good staff. We were on the 2nd floor and found it quite noisy from the bar/club (unrelated to the hotel) on the ground floor

They have a beautiful sky top area where they serve a wonderful breakfast. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The area downstairs is so cute, cozy and has a beautiful atmosphere. I had a few iced cappuccinos here, enjoying the ambiance. The room was clean and comfortable. The area of it being in the city and currently near construction did make it noisy at times, but I brought ear plugs and it was fine. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.
