Clean quiet nice staff

This is a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet! The location is good. The rooms are very nice, well decorated and spacious. Our room got direct sun, so we were not able to open the drapes and enjoy the mountain view. Even with the drapes closed, the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat. Other than that, we had a very good stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

3泊しました。テーブルが汚れていたことと冷蔵庫が機能していないことが気になりました。他の方も冷蔵庫が効かずクレームして変えてもらったといってました。 部屋は広くて快適でしたし、徒歩圏内に食事や買い物ができるところもあり便利でした。しかしワールドカップ開催中でかなり高額でしたのでコストに見合わないと思いました。

In Monterrey for the World Cup. Fantastic hotel! Very clean, all the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Parking is easy, safe, and free! Very comfortable stay. I hope to visit Monterrey and stay at this hotel again.

El personal amable, las instalaciones son bonitas. Estaban haciendo reparaciones en el área de bar y terraza, y te pedían retirarte máximo a la medianoche. No había plancha de ropa en ma habitación lo que no es práctico en un viaje de trabajo.

My family of four stayed at the Galeria Plaza Hotel. My children, 12 year old twins, found the pool refreshing on hot humid days. The staff was excellent. Thanks you to Francisco who took great care of us each morning at breakfast. Rooms were modern, hotel was in a great central location. It was a wonderful place to stay. The hillside views from the pool were amazing, as well as the mountain view from our room. Should we ever visit Monterrey again, we will not hesitate to book at Galeria Plaza.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel and all I can say it was a 10/10 experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was breathtaking. There was an oxxo next to the hotel if you wanted a late night snack which was super convenient. We will definitely be coming back!!
