Very nice front desk help Very clean it was great but id recommend management to upgrade the mattresslto soft and pillows no support other than that really great place to stay

This hotel is clean and the front staff and maids are very friendly.

Front desk staff here are always very accomodating. Hot tub was nice. Thank Goodness they got it fixed! Breakfast area is a little "off"...and no pastries left by the time we got there...bummer. Other than that? Great place to stay, comfortable beds!

Someone else had checked in

Good location, a little pricey, the beds seemed smaller than a Queen but were comfortable. Construction going on in dining area with a hole in the wall! It would be nice to have water and ice in the dining area. By the time we got down for breakfast around 7:00 a.m., the scrambled eggs were all dried up. I realize breakfast started at 4:00 a.m. because of mine and construction workers but I would think there would be other guest dining later in the morning. When checking out, I asked for a copy of my receipt but their computer was being serviced so they said they would send me one. When my husband called Thursday night, he again asked about the receipt, which was emailed immediately.

Nice room and hot tub. Breakfast nice. All around good stay.

Even with what appeared to be a extremely reduced staff, service was great. The only complaint was with the TV. The picture quality and sound were poor. It also displayed the opportunity to use Netflix but it never worked.

Checked into room 317 late in the afternoon and went to dinner. Came back a little after 9pm. The bed was awful, It was shaped like a taco. We laid on either sides of the bed and were both pulled to the center. It was too late and we were too tired to request a new room. We slept awkward on an angle, and woke up to a horrible nights sleep. I got in the shower the next morning to find no soap in the shower dispenser, it was not filled up and left empty. We went to have breakfast at 6:10 am to eggs that were completely bland and the canadian bacon that seemed to be cooked hours before. The bacon was hard and rubbery. We checked out and told the attendant about our room and how disappointed we were and she said “Sorry about that, but have a good morning”. I told her to write our complaint in the notes. Right after I was leaving a women and husband showed up to complain about how their room needed cleaning and how there was a sticky shiny stain on the floor, that they did not want to be charged for. She also asked the attendant to write it in the notes.

Would not allow grandson to swim in pool because he wasn't a registered customer.

The ac in room did not work at all, staff did put us into another room. Lobby and outside of hotel was updated but rooms need it.

TV was terrible. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was nasty. Other than that not bad. Probably won’t stay there again.

The gal that checked us out was not very personable, but overall, we had a great stay!
