The room was a good size. The hotel is in a great position to explore the city and is close to some very good Restaurants.

Great stay! Elevator was broken the lat couple days made checking out very difficult getting luggage down. Otherwise was great

Chambre spacieuse, propre et bien insonorisé au 5 ème étage. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Le gros plus est l'emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville. Seul petit bémol le personnel de l'accueil pas toujours très accueillant ( c'est pourtant leur rôle....).

サンセバスチャンを観光するのに最適なロケーション。ホテル内にバルがあるのに、周囲のおすすめバルのリストももらえて、食の楽しみを 堪能する拠点として、役立つホテルだった。朝食も美味しく、部屋も清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリーだったので、とても満足してます。

This hotel provides an an amazing experience for this city, if I were to visit again I would stay here for sure.

バルにも行きやすく観光しやすい。 ゴミ箱がトイレの含めて1つしかないのと、スリッパが無いのが残念だったけど、朝食も美味しいし全体的に清潔、部屋からの眺めもよくスタッフも優しくて、とてもよかった！

Muy amables desde el primer momento, indicandonos donde poder aparcar, que ver y donde comer. Por la noche nos confirmaron la posibilidad de desayunar un poco antes del horario normal ya que teníamos que salir mas temprano. Un servicio de 10

Staff were great, room was very nice looking and we had a terrific balcony. What we had not considered was the church bell ringing very loudly EVERY 15 minutes. Our room was on the 6th floor and almost at the height of the bells. Interesting to start with, beyond annoying after the first day.

Beautiful clean rooms, wonderful staff

A great small hotel in the middle of the old town but only a few minutes walk to the beach. The bar downstairs does amazing Tapas the best we had in Spain and the adjacent Church turns off its bells at 10pm and doesn’t restart until 8am
