I liked that the hotel was centrally located and pet friendly. I liked the cleanliness of the room. I liked the large television and program options. I liked the downtown skyline view. The valet were all very kind, professional, and helpful. I didn't like the long wait when I arrived-20 minutes-standing in line because there was only one person at the counter. I didn't like that the front desk would put me on hold with a long wait time when I called for information. I didn't like the $10.00 parking tax on top of the $50.00 valet charge.

Had a great experience

Be sure to visit the little bodega on the corner, which surprisingly has excellent takeout hibachi meals that are worth the wait. Salmon was outstanding. Shrimp was outstanding.

Staff was welcoming and breakfast had different options.

Gas leak which resulted in no hot water and limited breakfast

Our rooms were changed from a double bed to a king bed short notice and was inconvenient since it was 3 of us

All the staff we encountered were kind and informative. The room was everything we expected it to be. The bed and the pillows were very very comfortable. Got some great sleep those two nights. We will be staying here again if we're ever in the area.

Clean, easy parking, friendly service, close walk to the fox theater and great view! Breakfast was good too.

The stay was great! Clean, comfortable and great service. We didn’t explore the nearby area. Parking was only valet for $50/day.

Room was small but clean. Bed was not very comfortable and no extra blankets or extra pillows were in the room. Bathroom and shower were nice. The temperature in the room was good. Usually I get too cold or too hot but this room was a nice balance. Valet service was good with very nice and attentive employees.

Incredibly welcoming and sweet staff. We enjoyed our stay! The room was very much to our liking and had all the amenities available.

It’s very clean and classy.. comfortable and roomy.. breakfast was delicious!

The hotel was great. The staff was wonderful. The parking was great it just around that area is very sketchy. I wouldn’t walk around at night.
