It was ok. Breakfast could be better

A améliorer : piscine un peu fraîche, pas de frigo et produits hygiène minimum, peu de casiers à ski pour le nb de chambres. Bien : taille de la chambre pour 4/5 personnes, acces aux pistes, petit déjeuner, superbe vue depuis l 'espace détente.

Cross posting from Google reviews: Updated: Please do not believe hotel response, especially about breakfast food selection. I feel obligated to share our experience. This is not our first time staying in a 4-star ski hotel in 3 Valees, but it is our first time experiencing service at this level while being charged 4-star prices. This is a very basic ski hotel. It is not a 4-star property and should not be marketed or priced as one. The price point (€1100 per night) is completely unjustified for what is offered. This morning, we were ready to hit the slopes when we discovered that our skis and boots had disappeared from our locker. I went to reception to report that our equipment had been stolen. Instead of immediately trying to resolve the situation, the receptionist repeated “calm down” four times. Eventually, they realized that they had initially given us the wrong locker. When another family complained, they simply moved our equipment to a different locker — without informing us, leaving a note, or apologizing. To make matters worse, my leather ski gloves were placed on a ski boot warmer, which completely ruined them. The leather cracked from the heat. Thankfully, I was able to buy a replacement pair in a nearby store, but this should never have happened. Guests openly sit in the sauna discussing how poor the service is at this hotel. There is also no proper bathroom room amenities — no shampoo or conditioner, just a basic shower gel/shampoo combination. No toiletries, n

Globalement l'hôtel est bien,piscine,hammam et sauna. Les points négatif Restauration ,franchement nul pour le tarif!pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles,le petit déjeuner rien d'exceptionnel non plus...

Hotel met alles op en aan. Mooi, mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers met groot balkon, mooie wellness, skischool, skiverhuur, skilockers in het complex. Perfecte ligging. Enige klein minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt. Niet zo heel veel keuze en chocolademelk uit automaat en dus met water. En in de wellness waren 's avonds de handdoeken niet meer aangevuld. En de zeep aan de douches ook niet. Dat zijn echt kleine puntjes die ons verblijf niet hebben verstoord. Grote kans dat wij terugkeren!

Fint hotell, fine fasiliteter, trivelig personale, fine rom og rett inn og ut av bakken. Området er fantastisk for skikjøring og det er mange gode spisesteder.

Très belle établissement avec une piscine très agréable et un très beau sauna. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec de beaux produits et la demi-pension le soir est de bonne qualité avec un service impeccable ; dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une entrée et un plat qui change tous les soirs pour les clients qui restent 7 nuits et des vins locaux un peu moins chers ?

Really nice place. Clean and modern and very easy ski-in/ski-out. Elevators are an issue at times, but that is my only co plaint. Otherwise a great hotel. And the elevator is a nuisance, not a serious problem.
