The check in process was great! Enrique the property manager is the best! He is very kind and respectful. The property is very well maintained and near a lot of restaurants. The rooms are clean and there is boiling hot water in the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower! This place is simply the best!!!!!

My laundry was stained and nothing was done to fix it also air conditioning was broken in the living room it was not fixed we spend the whole day out Also they offered parking if upgrade to a better room. It was a lie we had a car rented we had to pay for parking far from hotel

My husband and I traveled to Cali and stayed at Cali River Suites for 10 days. Our stay was exceptional. The property was VERY CLEAN, and in a great location. It's in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Enrique is an absolute sweetheart. He was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We definitely felt safe here and would book again.

Good location close to shops and restaurants in Granada, Peñon and San Antonio. Internet was fast enough and reliable. Bed was comfortable and the AC was effective. Really good price compared to big hotel options. The linens were just ok. The bathroom floor towel was not clean and the bed linens have seen better days. But the host promptly corrected the towel problem. I would stay here again but probably in a room at the back because traffic on nearby streets is quite noisy and the windows are single-glazed (normal in Colombia).

El sitio como tal no es malo, las interminables preguntas de las personas del hotel y los cuestionarios, son de verdad tediosos, luego exigen permisos de los cuales no tienen potestad en un hotel, adicional vuelven a pedirte los documentos a la entrada cuando ya los pasaste online, y de remate me pidieron las placas del vehículo 4 veces y 10 minutos antes de llegar me dicen que no tienen estacionamiento.

Nice apartment, close to the Cali river, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and respectful. The apartment has no dishwasher and washing machine but it has laundry services at a cost $$. The building has no parking, so you need to arrange parking elsewhere. I discovered that in Colombia, business and people use WhatsApp a lot and that caught me by surprise. Likely I was with people who had the app installed in their mobile phones. Walking nearby during the day was nice but I would not recommend walking at night alone. I would come back.

I liked it but they don’t clean everyday. I asked for cleaners, especially toilet bowl cleaner but he didn’t give me. I was on a trip and I didn’t want to spent time go shopping for cleaners. They wanted to use their cleaning services which is a bit expensive at $100.000 COP. I would not stay here again.
